    hi what do you mean by this ? "Important: sometimes sellers issue refunds to customers without asking the customer to send the product back. Please find these cases manually in the report and do not file support tickets for them." can you give me an example. Thank you!

      What is meant here is that sometimes sellers don't expect a return of the item from the buyer and in such cases (since sellerboard obviously doesn't have such information), you don't need to open a case in the seller support. If you don't have such cases (you don't know about them in your account), then you can ignore this warning.
