Why does sellerboard sales, sessions and unit session percentage data not match the data on the Amazon business dashboard for both the UK and USA? I have been trying to communicate with the support team, but this is my third day without receiving a proper explanation.

I have a question about FBM shipping cost. How do I change my FBM shipping cost if I now have a new lower cost for example if I had a $5 shipping cost last month and now a $4 shipping cost this month this month how do I change without effecting last months numbers?
Hello, we have this feature in our "To-Do" list. I've added your e-mail to the waiting list and will let you know as soon as it is started. Sorry for the inconvenience! As a temporary solution - you can enter the difference through the Expenses module, for example, in one amount per month for the whole account or by breaking it down by product.
@Amathylar I have the same problems. MIssing features such as Unit Session percentage that has not been pulled. Some product data is missing entirely. I have been getting a very slow help from support so be aware. Currently I am in trial period but if they do not fix this quickly I won't recommend the app to anyone

Hello guys, Im using Sellerboard from 2019, but last 3 months is disaster. Your server is slow and not responding - need to kill the app and launch again. Your widget for iphone is a JOKE - usually shows no sales and not refreshing any data at all. If its persist - just need move to another software, very sad
