I've been working with shopkeeper several years and thought that the tool was good but seller board is even better, love all the features. You need to ad the feature that we can ship directly form suplier (from selller board) to amazon fba.

How does sellerboard calculates fba nbound shipping fees when shipping bundle items?
Hello, the shipping cost from your warehouse to Amazon FBA warehouse is called the Inbound transportation fee. We receive Inbound transportation fees directly from Amazon. Then it is divided according to the weight of the product (ASINs). You can find inbound transportation fees under Amazon fees. As well, you can enable the option "Ignore inbound transportation fee" on your account. Then it will be not shown, and you will be able to account for these costs in your own way (as an expense or as a part of your COGs).

Absolutely! We automatically get the cost of labels for FBM, and if they are not available, we show the cost according to the customization set by the user.
How do I input expense for a UK VAT registered business?
Hello there! If you happen to be VAT registered, we kindly request that you input your expenses (and COGs as well) as net figures, without including VAT. This will help us accurately calculate your net profit. Thank you for your cooperation!
you run into a problem when you send in 2 batches+ of same item with different pricing & quantity, how do you keep track what inventory of which batch is left
this is confusing so after it sells the units from all the old batch, the price should account for only new batch?
@@Chandler890 There really is no such accounting at the moment (but it's not available on Amazon either). However, we have this feature in our “To-Do” list right now. Now you can either use a weighted average price for both batches, or you can adjust the start date of the period based on actual unit sales, for example, assuming that all of batch 1 is sold first, then all of batch 2, (although in reality this is not the case), and then retroactively changing the date for batch 2 to the next day the last unit of batch 1 is sold.
This is a great tool, without any doubt. You guys really made inventory management so easy for me, which used to be so hectic before that. Thanks for this. Plus, I would like to give one suggestion. I think there should be an integrated shipping feature to Amazon FBA directly from the seller board. So, the prep center stock can be adjusted automatically, and we don't have to do it manually. Whenever I tried to do it manually, I always made some mistakes. I hope you ppl consider it.

How should I input an expense for a PPC agency? Can I select every product in my account so that I can view the agency fee on a product level as well? If so, would each product have the total agency fee included or would sellerboard divide the agency fee by the number of products to create an average agency fee per product?
Hey! If you don't select a product in a particular expense, the amount will be shown at the account level, but if you select N products, the expense amount / N will be shown for each of them.

Hi, there could be several reasons for this, either related to settings or data delays on Amazon. We advise you to write to our support team and provide a specific example, and they can quickly find an explanation for such a case. As for breakdown, we have this feature in our "To-Do" list. ‘Recommended quantity for reordering’ covers how many days of stock? One month?
Hey! Recommended quantity for reordering is calculated as "Target stock range after new order (days)" (it's a product setting) * "Sales velocity" and if Seasonality is activated for this product at the end the Seasonality coefficient is also applied. Also, the value in the "Recommended quantity for reordering" column appears only when the value "Days until next order" is 7 or less and the cell becomes yellow. "Days until next order" is 15, that's why the Recommended quantity for reordering is 0.
When do you think you can add the feature to Ship to Amazon FBA directly from Seller board? So the Prep center stock can be adjusted automatically. I have to do it manually so far and sometimes we can commit mistakes. Thanks for your great job guys 😊

I have been using sellerboard as a non vat registered UK seller. I have been entering the COGs as a cost including VAT. I will be going vat reg 1st Sept, so in the settings I have selected "Account for VAT from 1st Sept" as well as "Amazon fee include Vat" Can you gave me information on what to do with the 100 plus products that I already have on sellerboard where I have entered the COGs as a price including vat.
Now you have to enter the cost price for the new period (starting September 1), which will be VAT free. You can do this by importing a file (via the Import button on the Products page) in which you need to specify the ASIN, SKU, new cost price, and the start date of the new period.
If we change price very often for product. Did sellerboard take this Into account and where I can see these reflection ?
Yes, sellerboard takes the actual selling price for every order into account. So even if every order is placed with a different price, the profit calculations will be accurate.
How do I import all the cogs from excel? I’ve been selling since last march so have a lot to import and have several excel documents.
You can upload your COGs in bulk via the Import button on the products page. Just click on the button, download the template, fill it out and upload it back. Please note that you do not have to use the template file offered by sellerboard. You can use the file exported from Seller Central or other external service (even Google sheets) and upload it to sellerboard. After this, you will be able to match the necessary columns with the ones required by sellerboard. Please note that in order to import this information in sellerboard ASIN and SKU need to be presented in sellerboard before. Also, your Excel file should contain 1 sheet only.
I recommend the sellerboard to everyone .. We currently sold 8.5M 2023, aiming 12M in 2024, but we have to manually add our AWD stock to the sellerboard, would be much better if sellerboard could do this automatic like the FBA inventory, would be very very helpful ... PS : I already asked many times on the support to add this feature ...

What is the Prep Centre Stock? Is this once it reaches Amazon? Where would I input products that I have in home storage as overstock?
It's your intermediate warehouse. It is usually used to deliver items there from the supplier, and then to prepare them for further transportation to the Amazon warehouse, as well as to remove items, such as damaged ones, from the Amazon warehouse for repacking or other purposes. From what we understand, this is what you need in the latter case.
I don't see any important help for when you don't know these systems and are starting out, I've been trying to cheat even since yesterday and it's not possible either, the support is somewhat poor, there are no videos that really help, only that I can see, but not how to do it For example, something as simple as the profit of a product, I haven't been able to, why? So does automatic mode automatically take the cost paid for label in seller central and apply it?
Hi! If Amazon gives us the information that a label was used on the order, then we will show its cost regardless of the setting (as partner transportation program), otherwise the cost as per the setting will be applied.
If I set the shipping to automatic will it use the shipping price I paid through seller central? Say I have 50 units of soap and one order cost $5 the second cost $5.80 and another cost $5.30. How will that accurately be reflected through Sellerboard? This part is so stressful and confusing me, I really want my numbers to be accurate?
Hello, In case of the Auto setting, sellerboard will show the figure that Amazon will give us for a particular order as Shipping, i.e. the amount that the buyer paid for shipping. If they give us, for example, 0, 0.80 and 0.30 - then these amounts will be shown in each order as Shipping. You can contact our support team, and we will help you to understand specific examples if necessary.
@@sellerboard This is not the case in my situation. I purchase through Amazon 99% of the times but the shipping data does NOT show up in my account. I've contacted support team multiple times regarding this and I was also told that Amazon does not give Sellerboard UPS and USPS shipping data. This is very unfortunate because UPS is Amazon's preferred carrier and 99% of my shipments are through UPS or USPS. I know that other apps do show accurate shipping cost so I don't know why Sellerboard hasn't figured this out yet. The first 10 minutes of your video doesn't work for the majority of US sellers because depending on the zone, the shipping cost are all different. Therefore, it is crucial that every shipping cost is reflected correctly in our account. I have not been able to have my Sellerboard account pull accurate data from Amazon and I just renewed my annual subscription with you. Very disappointing.

Why does sellerboard sales, sessions and unit session percentage data not match the data on the Amazon business dashboard for both the UK and USA? I have been trying to communicate with the support team, but this is my third day without receiving a proper explanation.

What is Amazon TOS regarding multiple emails per order to a customer? What is best practice in terms of the number of email sent?
Hi there, according to Amazon's communication guidelines, it is not allowed to send multiple review requests for one order. If you have already sent a review request through your Seller Central or a third-party app, sellerboard will not send another one. Have a great day!

So it does not pull in the shipping cost from Amazon like Inventory Lab does and assign to the appropriate order? Amazon provides that data surprised it has not been incorporated.
We have an Auto option here (we talk about it in the video) - in this case, the FBM shipping cost will be shown the one that Amazon will pass on to us for the specific order. The same applies to the case when Amazon passes us the cost of labels for the prime program used for the specific order.
Has someone noticed that Sellerboads "Net Profit" calculations are WRONG when you consider the VAT (sales tax for the UK). Sellerbaod method of calculation "Net Profit" is (Sales Price - Amazon Fee (Incl VAT) - COGs (Excl VAT) - VAT on Sale Price = Net Profit). This is ABSOLUTELY wrong. You can't deduct "Amazon Fee (Incl VAT) and then also deduct "Full VAT" on the sale price. I am very surprised that no one has noticed it yet and yet this software is being purchased by others. I raised a support case, but after I gave evidences, they have stopped responding now.

@26:37 Mina Elias says a crucial thing here. A fatal mistake sellers make is taking a good keyword from a campaign such as Auto, Phrase or Broad, placing it in a new campaign and negating it in the one its harvested from. Im inside Seller Board now and under the PPC automation section there is the checkbox to harvest keywords, it says: "Move a well performing search term as a keyword to another campaign/group AND move search term to negative" Why is this bad practice a mandatory option? - Especially after Andre from Seller Board agreed and said "oh my god don't do that - campaigns have history"! 😬

How do create a name for a category , like software for example?
Hello, When creating a new expense, please click on the Category cell, and you will be able to type a new name in. After you enter it, please click Enter and 'Save' in the right bottom corner of the page.
So why does it say for B0XLXXVXPX "Jewelry Blue Cardboard" 6 Days Stock left, but next order in 36 Days? Doesn't make sense to me...
@Amathylar I have the same problems. MIssing features such as Unit Session percentage that has not been pulled. Some product data is missing entirely. I have been getting a very slow help from support so be aware. Currently I am in trial period but if they do not fix this quickly I won't recommend the app to anyone

Hello Thanks for the lovely video, still have few queries appreciate your response. let me share example Consider seller is VAT reg in UK market (20%) Please check following scenario COG= 1.69 (Exc VAT 20%) Sales Price= 5.86 VAT on Sales= 0.36 (6.5 %) Amazon Fee= 2.4 Net Margin= 5.86-(1.69+0.36+2.4) = 1.41 COG = 2.03 (Inc VAT 20%) Sales Price= 5.86 VAT on Sales= 0.36 (6.5 %) Amazon Fee= 2.4 Net Margin= 5.86-(2.03+0.36+2.4) = 1.07 Why the margin is different if all the cost are same , since VAT is already paid when buying good, so whats the point of exc it, as it gives the wrong profit margin against the unit, please appreciate if you expalin, i think your logic only works incase when seller reg for 20% in that case he can claim VAT on COG, when seller is reg for 6.5 he cannot claim the VAT back from COG
The thing is that if the VAT option is selected for an account, all figures except sales are shown without VAT, so by subtracting it from sales we get the net profit. In case the account is not a VAT payer, then all amounts are shown with VAT (but for the user it does not matter, because the concept of VAT does not exist for him), and we ask him to enter the cost of sales and expenses also with VAT. So, in your second case, VAT will not be deducted.
How can I add prep price for every order and every items seperately.
This can be done by importing the cost price (Import button on the Products page). We have the option to upload data in terms of both products or orders, manually, by file or from Google sheets.

Hey, this is all done on the seller central side, then all this information (listings, costs such as labeling, etc.), is automatically uploaded to sellerboard.

Hey, we do not keep such records, this task is in our to-do list. The thing is that even Amazon doesn't have such data - an order for 2 units can include a unit from a recent batch and a unit from a batch that arrived a year ago. Therefore, under such conditions, only COGS accounting by order dates is possible (with a possibility to adjust it backwards if needed).

What is meant here is that sometimes sellers don't expect a return of the item from the buyer and in such cases (since sellerboard obviously doesn't have such information), you don't need to open a case in the seller support. If you don't have such cases (you don't know about them in your account), then you can ignore this warning.

Hello guys, Im using Sellerboard from 2019, but last 3 months is disaster. Your server is slow and not responding - need to kill the app and launch again. Your widget for iphone is a JOKE - usually shows no sales and not refreshing any data at all. If its persist - just need move to another software, very sad

I have a question about FBM shipping cost. How do I change my FBM shipping cost if I now have a new lower cost for example if I had a $5 shipping cost last month and now a $4 shipping cost this month this month how do I change without effecting last months numbers?
