When I was there 2 weeks ago, Walking St really opened up at 8:20p. Every place was having staff meetings, etc, until then, and then it was just full on.

It's a more chilled out vibe because everyone is stoned as for Pattaya having no monkeys aren't they all. Had some great times there back in the day.
