I loved this video so much; I watched it twice! Bruce, your garden is absolutely gorgeous, thank you for allowing Justin and Alex to make another videotape of it, and for letting us tag along. I have planted flowers and vegetables together for as long as I can remember because that's how my parents and grandparents gardened. I also don't like using pesticides in my garden, so I either hand-pick the chewing bugs, or (recently) I've put agricultural insect fabric over the brassicas. I follow a YT channel called, 'Susan's In The Garden', and I got the idea from her last year. That fabric even keeps the aphids and white flies out. I'm looking forward to watching your next garden tour! Have a great week! ~Margie🤗💐🐝🦋

I found out why my collards weren’t growing so well the last few yrs via your channel. Not enough nitrogen! This year at Christmas I cut individual leaves off instead of cutting the main stem and they’ll soon be ready to harvest again. Thank you 😁

I love the Bruce tours. This and the first tour has encouraged me to plant conifers. I recently purchased winter discount trees from this past Christmas from the big box stores. Alberta spruce, juniper, boxwoods, false cypress, winterberry and arborvitae for as low as a dollar per plant. I have 27 new evergreens to start my new beds with. So excited to get started. I’m in upstate New York as these will add so much winter interest. They will boost my Christmas light display as well. Thank you for sharing your gardens. So many great planting ideas have come from these 2 videos.

I'm new to gardening in NC and to fall gardening. Just this week, all my broccoli and brussel sprout seedlings had their stems severed about 1" above ground and the tops just left laying next to the stem stubs. I've been told the culprit is probably squirrels. Does the fencing around this garden help keep squirrels out or will they just climb up and over? Any suggestions for squirrel control?
