Good circuitry. Just that not sure if the contacts of the wire terminals when gets oxidized due the current flow could cause some issue or not. In such cases magnetic sealed contacts may have to be used.
I was viewing this vidio, although very old but I need it. Can we use 6v output transfer instead of 12v because we need only 5v and remaing power will be wasted in heat. Can we use mobile charger with 5v output.

It would be more or less like your water level circuit with only difference that instead of zero it has to display N fir neutral and R for reverse gear. Can you try it with 14 segment led display. @@RizwanAhmed-vj5xe ok sir lets see in diagram there 560k ohm resistance has two terminals, one is connected with postive vcc supply (5v) and on the other hand one terminal is connected with both water and pin no. 11,12,13.....individualy so thats behave like pull up resistor ,so its very simple process.thanks☺
