Okay. I have been struggling to eat healthy due to college and life in general. Although taking this extra time to see how Whitney does it motivates me to do better. I was living off just rice, beans, and Chicken for a while and I got tired of it to the point now I eat so unhealthy because I don’t want to eat just that. I was having a routine and since I stopped eating the nutritions I need. It shows in my mental health and my grades how bad it has been since I stopped eating healthy, going to the gym, and so much. I just want to say that these types of videos motivate me to grab at least an apple because it is so much healthy than a bag of chips.

the things that really caught my eye about your old FDOE vs your current FDOE is that now you tend to layer/mix your food whereas before you'd meticulously separate your ingredients into sections. I have been through eating disorder treatment for my anorexia that I had for 5 years and one of the strange* things I learned is that separating food into sections and being afraid to mix them was a classic sign of a person struggling with their relationship towards food and/or portion control (ED behaviors) etc. I know that there are people who just prefer not to mix their food, but for most it is an underlying trait of restriction. just some food for thought, no pun intended. Xx
I totally agree about the beyond meat...still good but such a particular smell and flavor. I found that Trader Joe's has vegan meatballs in the freezer section and they're soooo good!

You could try making your own vegan burgers/meatballs, it would give you control over all the flavors. I highly recommend using lentils, they give it a nice texture and hold spices super well :)

Whit! When I make my spaghetti squash, I don't pull apart the squash right away once its done cooking. I put the squash on a plate (or the bowl that you had), pour the sauce over it, and serve! That way, when you're eating out of the squash, you take your fork and pull apart each bite with sauce! Its so fun and delicious, you should try! ☺️
