    My healthy food swap is that instead of eating toast with Nutella, I now use a spoon.... because a spoon has NO calories! 🙌

    LOVE how you constantly say "candy isn't a bad thing" "cheese isn't a bad thing" etc. You're such a realist about food and what the average person eats in a day. It's IMPOSSIBLE to eat healthy 24/7. Thank you for being so honest and coming from a place purely to help people

    My tip for when you're craving something sweet: dates! They are high in sugar, but all natural and they contain a lot of fiber! Tastes like caramel. 😋

      M M - I honestly am a very firm believer in “everything in moderation “..... there is nothing wrong with treats every once in a while. Honestly, once in a while is like 5-7 times a week for me. I like the 80/20 deal....80% healthy and 20% fun foods!

    The Bolthouse Farms Carrot Ginger
    Tumeric Juice, has no added sugar and is
    anti-inflammatory. It’s a good option if you
    want a lower sugar juice. My favorite

    That's an interesting video with different alternatives. Just a quick feedback: When comparing the candies, it's better to compare the amount of sugar for the same amount of grams. The pack of swedish fish is 3 times bigger than the smart sweets. Yes it has 65g of sugar compared to 3g, but the portion is also 3x bigger. Love your videos!

    I am so glad you brought up these food items. So many people buy them thinking its healthy. I've never tried spagetti squash. I do a lot of these already. Can you do a video on your current fitness goals, maybe things about what you find helps your psoriasis food wise and life style wise, and also maybe more fitness videos. I like you post on Instagram but sometimes I like to stay away from that and loved seeing them on your channel!

    Who do you watch the most video wise to gain more knowledge??     When i started trying to eat less carbs and less sugar i started reading labels and it’s scary how much strange things are in food. Like why is it there? 🤦🏻‍♀️ and so many things have added sugar and things that are sweet i hate the taste of it.

    Finally your back! I love smart sweets too I like buying them at GNC or BB&B so I can use coupons. Pop corners has a queso chip that tastes just like Chips n queso to me. Also swapping out brownie brittle for actual chocolate cause it’s GF and super satisfying

    Spaghetti squash has been my latest obsession for the past couple of months. I pick one up every Sunday at the store. Just add onion, garlic, tomato sauce, hamburger & cheese. Sometimes I go a little crazy & eat it for every meal.

    My favorite food swaps are smart sweets and popcorners for sure. I also like spindrift when I need to up my water game. But a big game changer has been making my own lactose free yogurt at home!!!! Way less sugars

    For fruit water, I keep the just lemon, lime, grapefruit, and orange packets in my purse and gym bag. So good! And it’s just crystallized fruit juice.

    I’m such a huge ice cream fan 😍 the best swap I made was buying Halo Pops or making my own homemade “nice cream”. And treating myself to dark chocolate or flavored rice cakes!
