In my experience watching Mort’s videos he’s VERY upfront about making it clear when he’s looking at a game that has been sponsored. He’s been very consistent in that regard.
Thank you, just to be clear though that is required both by TH-cam and the FTC on top of every contract for a sponsorship. I could be fined be up to 50k for not properly disclosing sponsorships, so it's not the kind of thing I will tolerate a slip up on. If anything is even remotely sponsored, or a key is provided by the devs etc, it will be clearly noted. Noting that it is sponsored on the thumbnail isnt explicitly required but everything else is.
was like "that looks kinda nice", and then I remembered I bought it late 2021 and actually wanted to play it again to see what was new. Well damn, thanks for the reminder of everything concerning this game, and it's very nice to hear when an early access game finally hits its finalized version to 1.0!

Love the Low Poly Artstyle. Just such a underused look, this kind of style will never age
My only complaint I don't know if I can play, what I beleve a cartoonish art style for hours.
Played a dozen hours in EA and had a decent enough time with it. The release wasn't even on my radar, which goes to show how much I've kept up with it. Between this and the release of Backpack Battles (which I HIGHLY recomend) today is going to be a blast.
I just picked this up on sale and its fantastic. A bit obtuse with how to play but fantastic once you figure it out

I played this like a year ago...good if you need a change of pace from faster paced games...usually not a fan of turn based combat...but this one has done it well...placement of your characters on the battlefield is crucial...
Holy crap, didn't know it was hitting 1.0, got this years ago and put a little time into but but then decided to wait till release. Pretty much forgot about it for the longest time. Quite a few long time early access games suddenly hitting 1.0 all in a short span of time, KeeperRL just exited early access after like a decade.
I got this a few days ago and am really enjoying it. I am playing a party of 4 on normal and only have trouble with some of the tougher bosses. The only class I mixed was a nrcro fire mage.

Seems like a prime candidate for Steam Deck play. I imagine a full party of 6 could get kind of crazy, especially if they all have large AoE abilities like Twister. Alternatively I wonder if you could unleash a mob of undead and send them through poison clouds to harry enemies.

Huh, noticed the ability icons are the same used in Spellforce: Conquest of Eo. Guess they come from a asset library the devs bought. Not saying it's bad or wrong, just interesting, didn't expect that.
Do you know if this is cross play multiplayer for Xbox and PC?
I have like 20 hours into this game and I only played the roguelike with my friends lol it's too much fun (except for when the final boss has a broken ability that kills the entire run....)
Got this on EA at some point and i played it for quite a bit. Wanted to go back at the start of the year and then realised that is gone leave EA at 8th march. Defently gonna give this another try next week 😊
Which one is better, this or Zoria? Released almost the same day, and both have diablo-esque loots, multiple classes, turn-based and party-based. Which one is more fun and more polished?

As someone who plays a lot of indiegames, I have to say that while the game is great those graphical assets are so overused in the indie scene. You see it so often in every other game.

I can't really play more games with the POLYGON low poly asset pack. It's great and all, but screams "student project" to me and is so heavily overused all the games that use it just blend together. I've used it, you've used it, your neighbor's dog used it for their roguelike deck builder project.
Lots of take turns lately; wish i still liked them. Havent felt the urge to play one in years.

Pixel art is a direct « No buy » for me, even if I like a lot of the concept of the game (tried Songs of Conquest multiple times and vomited each time…)
keep trying them until something clicks man, there are some real gems out there with odd art direction, don't want you to miss out haha
Agreed, you'll be missing out on a lot if you exclude all pixel art. That being said, not particularly into this game's art style. Will wait for a sale
