- let’s talk about something we all encounter on our journeys- disappointment. Whether it’s a goal that didn’t materialise, or a situation that unfolded differently than we hoped, disappointment can feel heavy. But with mindfulness and manifestation, we can shift how we approach it.💚
First, take a mindful moment to recognise the disappointment. Pause, breathe, and notice how it feels in your body. Don’t push it away or judge it, simply observe it. This awareness is a powerful step in taking back your energy.💚
Next, acknowledge it. Allow yourself to fully feel the emotion without resistance. Disappointment shows us where our hopes and desires are rooted. By honouring it, we create space for clarity and release.💚
Now, here’s the shift…
Realign your focus. Remember, what we focus on expands. Ask yourself ‘What do I want to feel instead?
How can I bring myself back into alignment with what I’m manifesting?’ Visualise the outcome you desire, feel it in your heart, and trust that the universe is working for your highest good! even if it doesn’t look like it right now.💚
Every disappointment is an invitation to realign, to learn, and to trust in the process. Stay mindful, stay present, and remember, your ability to manifest comes from how you choose to respond.💚
