in interlocutor's card they didn't mention the doctor's name. so, is that oky to ask information which not given in the cue card?then, the patient already mention that she won't get enough time to do exercise due to her busy schedule. but you asked question regarding exercise during questioning. so, that means you are not listening the patient concerns properly. there you can ask like "you already mention that you won't get enough time to do exercises.isn't it? "
