#Outline smoking cessation programs available (eg: support groups, nicotine replacement, hypnosis)
#Advise against using e-cig (not risk free, harmful products, reinforce smoking habits etc.
Recommend smoking cessation programs (eg:good starting point, group support, evaluation progress)
#Suggest other strategies (eg: identifying/avoiding situation where smoking is habitual behavior, change techniques, substituting with other activities such as excersise, healthy snacking etc.
