I've never read the 2099 stuff it never really interested me. But it's a nice book and Peter David is a good writer although his Hulk run isn't my favorite still a good writer none the less.

The 2099 line was my jam. Especially Doom. Got into that as my first Marvel comics i bought with my own money and looking for back issues.

Have you read this omnibus much, now? Like sat down, read a couple of issues, put it back on the shelf etc (repeat).
Does it seem like it's holding up? Is it made well? because sometimes those big books are good looking, but they are not very conducive to actual use. It looks nice and I like that story, but it is a BIG and pricey book. So I wonder how well it will hold up long term.

I’ve read the entire thing. I’ll go back and reread some later too I think it’s great. Only problem is books too big to hold up.
