Sobrang taas ang standard niya sa senado. Nakakagalit yung mga nasa politika tapos hindi alam ang batas, walang due diligence, at laganap ang misinformation. That's why everytime na mag sasalita siya, there's always an explanation for the benefit of the public. Kaya yung ganyang behavior niya sa senado is also a way na maparating sa viewers at sa mga nag pupilitika ang standards as a lawyer at bilang isang public official. Ang pagkakamali sa batas could have a ripple sa mga buhay ng mga Pilipino. Kaya understandable din talaga yung ganyang behavior niya. At yung nag sasalita ka tapos nag takip ka ng tenga?! Imagine mo, nag aral ka ng matagal, nag serbisyo ka sa bansa, tapos tatakpan ka lang ng tenga? Lumabas na lang sana siya. Ano pa ginagawa niya jan sa senate session kung magtatakip lang din siya ng tenga?

This is an example of adding fuel to the fire will make things worse. Tas ngayon jinujustify pa kung bkit nagtakip ng tenga. Nanahimik nalang sana, pwede naman magbigay ng comments pagkatapos na ng hearing.

I agree. Lalo sa age niya nung time na yan, sana naging mindful siya sa pag manage ng emotions niya. Pero gets ko naman din siguro kung bakit siya ganyan ka aggressive. I think it's a build-up of emotions based on her past experiences. May mga videos siya explaining kung paano yung mistreatment sa kaniya ng mga ka-opisiyales sa kanya. Sobrang nakakainsulto yung nag graduate ka sa UP Law at may Doctorate pa with honors, then a continuous education pa sa Harvard at iba pang big schools sa US, naging RTC Judge pa siya, and also naging judge din sa ICC. Sinabihan na din siya ng tatay niya na huwag na mag politika dahil wala daw siya mapapala, but she did not listen and proceeded to serve the country.

Ang nag sasabi na tama si aguirre ay may tama rin sa utak. Iba po kanto kantong emosyon vs formal. You can go out pag hindi ka good sa sinasabi ng hurado. At wla kang karapatang mambastos.

I could somehow understand sen. Miriam. I think she's just expecting that everybody should know what and how to do things in court during the trial considering they are all lawyers with years of experience. The fact that those people were hired to represent the prosecution only means that they are the best in their field. And i believe that it's just logical for her to expect nothing but excellence from those people. It's like having a chef who doesn't even know how to cook an egg. :)
