i think, an expert witness cannot be a hostile witness. expert witness should never function as an advocate for one side or the other, while hostile witness ay adverse doon sa party na tumawag sa kanya. in fact, conchita taunted another impeachment trial if corona will be acquitted. in terms of what party sumaside ang isang witness, conchita i think, is not an expert witness. i am not sure with this anyways

i think, an expert witness cannot be a hostile witness. expert witness should never function as an advocate for one side or the other, while hostile witness ay adverse doon sa party na tumawag sa kanya. in fact, conchita taunted another impeachment trial if corona will be acquitted. in terms of what party sumaside ang isang witness, conchita i think, is not an expert witness. i am not sure with this anyways
