@@MilhaanHome well I have to have black seed, so Im thinking this with black seed and cumin with the chili flakes. Maybe add in others like cardamom, coriander and others. or even a curry oil. Im just gonna experiment around kind of thinking about mustard seed oil also
@@MilhaanHome ohhh yeah I was experimenting on my rice recipe and rosemary really enhances fresh grated ginger! I made a rice with black seed, regular cumin, garlic, and coriander seed and chili flakes. it was sooooooo good

I keep this in the fridge. Sometimes I make a larger batch and it lasts for a year!

You use thus as a dip or to add spice to Chinese foods. I eat it with spring rolls, dim sum, sprinkle on Chinese foods or you can experiment with it 😊
