But Rosé's place in my heart is something else, i really admire her work ethic, kindness, humble nature and to top it all off her angelic vocals! All she was doing was singing 3-4 sentences, and then she gave the mic to the dancers. Stop, they're doing what they like.

i can understand why their backtrack was louder than it was in 2019. their set is longer, and they’re doing more. you can tell when they’re singing during parts that don’t require too much movement and they’re committing. as for rosé’s solo, there in fact was an overhead camera for that part but it malfunctioned.
Yessss I agree. I think it was balance of dancing and singing. They don't have to sing some parts to dance and they don't have to dance for them to sing some parts. Some artists was singing and just vibing but they have to do both and full on choreography. I can feel them getting tired hahaha
i feel it has more to do with the mics than anything else tho. You see a massive difference in the sound quality once they switched from those "free-hands" mics(idk the technical name for them) to the normal ones. Even the members themselves, you see them a lot of times having to adjust the mics and the sound of their voice coming and going, which didnt happen when they switched mics, which is when we started to hear their live voices even better. And this is something i noticed with quite a few idols.
Jennie ate that intro into how you like that, I was screaming. Rosès back must hurt from carrying with them vocals. Overall that was one of the best performances BLACKPINK has done argue with the wall.

I'm like 90% sure one of the main problems of these kind of kpop performances are the mics that go in their ears to the mouths (idk their names sorry lmao). The in hand mics worked so much better for them and ik it's because they have to move their hands a lot but the difference was really obvious when they started using to mics at the last songs.
I cringed at times during the first half because it looked like Lisa was really just trying to be heard. Glad it got better in the second half though 👍

Kick it is such a banger, so I was happily surprised they performed it. Jisoo is very stable in her singing, so stable you may have not realized she was singing most of the time. The backtrack was definitely loud. Shading her was so undeserved. Blackpink was amazing! Loved every single adjustment they made to spice up their performance. Pretty Savage and Typa Girl definitely were the highlights, but I particularly enjoyed Tally. The chill and sweet introduction of their band transitioning into their laid back but emotional performance really stole my heart. I loved Rosé and Jennie’s interactions with the crowd. They really know how to make a show. And Lisa never fails to hype up the performance😊❤

So they didn't have time to prepare and obviously struggled as for coachella they had time to practice and had gained a longer stamina from the tour already so they could perform longer and better so they were used to it so I think the actuall tour where they didn't perform as well was due to a lack of time to perform

Don't know if anybody noticed but Jenny was getting hit hard by the pace and length of the show and the heat / venue conditions. You could every now and then see the distress in her face and a few times I was actually worried she might crash, but she kept going like a trooper. Honestly I thought they all did a great job and it was my favorite performance out of this years coachella.
Yeah I was thinking about it, in the 4th performance, like, knowing how Jennie runs out of breath faster, I was really worried, but no she said fuck it im gonna rest after and kept giving 200% of herself, she really is amazing.

Jennie's stage presence set the tone from the start. Her burst of fierceness here and there amplified the performance. Lisa exuded a positive energized aura throughout and Rose's vocal was simply an awesome compliment. Jisoo doesn't stand out because she's never been asked to. She's like the elder sister who's more than happy to allow her younger siblings get all the accolade. And that's why she's the most loved by OT4's. As they've said so many times in the past, each member knows her role, creating a synergy that works beautifully.

Considering a very hectic schedule because of their ongoing tour they did really pretty well. I keep watching their fan-cam concerts on TH-cam and Tiktok and even I feel very high energy every time. They have insane stage presence in general. And I think as long as they enjoy what they do, continue to improve and stay grounded they'll be unstoppable. I'm so happy and grateful for them. More success to the girls! Also, I've heard somewhere that they'd set up an overhead camera for Rose's performance but it malfunctioned hence no overhead shot.

Rosé and Jisoo vocals, and what they have to do is sing. Jennie did a remix, and she was lip syncing the whole solo stage. And Lisa wasn't even a remix, it was a break dance. All she was doing was singing 3-4 sentences, and then she gave the mic to the dancers. Stop, they're doing what they like.

i can understand why their backtrack was louder than it was in 2019. their set is longer, and they’re doing more. you can tell when they’re singing during parts that don’t require too much movement and they’re committing.
as for rosé’s solo, there in fact was an overhead camera for that part but it malfunctioned.
Yessss I agree. I think it was balance of dancing and singing. They don't have to sing some parts to dance and they don't have to dance for them to sing some parts. Some artists was singing and just vibing but they have to do both and full on choreography. I can feel them getting tired hahaha
i feel it has more to do with the mics than anything else tho.
You see a massive difference in the sound quality once they switched from those "free-hands" mics(idk the technical name for them) to the normal ones. Even the members themselves, you see them a lot of times having to adjust the mics and the sound of their voice coming and going, which didnt happen when they switched mics, which is when we started to hear their live voices even better.
And this is something i noticed with quite a few idols.

Kick it is such a banger, so I was happily surprised they performed it. Jisoo is very stable in her singing, so stable you may have not realized she was singing most of the time. The backtrack was definitely loud. Shading her was so undeserved.
Blackpink was amazing! Loved every single adjustment they made to spice up their performance. Pretty Savage and Typa Girl definitely were the highlights, but I particularly enjoyed Tally. The chill and sweet introduction of their band transitioning into their laid back but emotional performance really stole my heart. I loved Rosé and Jennie’s interactions with the crowd. They really know how to make a show. And Lisa never fails to hype up the performance😊❤

So they didn't have time to prepare and obviously struggled as for coachella they had time to practice and had gained a longer stamina from the tour already so they could perform longer and better so they were used to it so I think the actuall tour where they didn't perform as well was due to a lack of time to perform

Don't know if anybody noticed but Jenny was getting hit hard by the pace and length of the show and the heat / venue conditions. You could every now and then see the distress in her face and a few times I was actually worried she might crash, but she kept going like a trooper. Honestly I thought they all did a great job and it was my favorite performance out of this years coachella.

Their coachella performance was insane!! Everything was perfect, their stage presence, vocals, rapping, dancing, interaction with the crowd!! I really love those girls and they truly showed everyone why they are the biggest girl group out there. I also want to point out Jisoo cause that woman was slaying. I still have her part in lovesick girls on repeat because she really came through. She was shining and i was so happy to see her fully enjoy everything considering that she was very sick back in 2019. All the girls did so well even with the little amount of practicing they had since they are still on a world tour.

Considering a very hectic schedule because of their ongoing tour they did really pretty well. I keep watching their fan-cam concerts on TH-cam and Tiktok and even I feel very high energy every time. They have insane stage presence in general. And I think as long as they enjoy what they do, continue to improve and stay grounded they'll be unstoppable. I'm so happy and grateful for them.
