  • An hr|simple webinar presented by Lindsey A. White and Veronica Yu Welsh, both recognized as Super Lawyers 2022, of Shawe Rosenthal. This webinar provides insight into the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s administrative process, including EEOC charge filing trends, EEOC investigations, EEOC litigation priorities, and best practices in defending charges of discrimination and subsequent litigation.
You will learn how to tell if your company is being eyed for possible litigation and if so, your best course of action, including the advantages of electing EEOC mediation, as well as how to approach on-site investigations, requests for information, subpoenas, and conciliation.
Both Lindsey and Veronica appear regularly before the EEOC and have experience defending claims on behalf of employers throughout the administrative and litigation processes. Lindsey, a former senior trial attorney for the EEOC, also brings a unique perspective to this topic.
