I can see that Fischl is also different in personality. But all the voices are exactly alike and because they're all chuunibyous, it is indeed hard to tell apart until the core of the voices provide us the info herself.
NOt only that but in voicing all of these characters, she begins to lose sight of her own voice, thus making it difficult to pinpoint what SHE sounds like when not working. I guess voicing three different characters with similar personalities does give one a bit of an existential crisis as to which voices are closer to hers.

You should watch Akibaranger which is a parody of Super Sentai or Power Rangers. They gain their powers through delusions and Maaya Uchida’s character named Hakase Hakase is the mentor of that team. When I first watched that series I never knew she was a voice actor because in the show she is secretly a voice actor for the mascot anime character in the show too.
That's why I always go for JP dub. It feels like they become one with the characters, making the characters feel alive. Meanwhile, the ENG dubs that I like are Madara and Pain's dub. Their voice is so amazing, and I hope both of them can join Genshin.
