One of my favorites from Breaking Bad. I own none of this. All credit goes to the makers of Breaking Bad. If want to request anything for BB ask and I can probably get it.
No one commented on how smart Walt was. He went through the back and came in through the front so the guy wouldn't see him coming. The guy obviously had a huge size and height advantage. Walt always sized up his opponents and then came up with a plan to take them down, it's what I always liked about him.
lain iwakura Well maybe you do in the last scene while WW is fondling over his meth empire. He is heisenberg at that point since he's too far in, but also restored a little humanity rescuing Jesse, soooo one could say he is an intermediate at that point.
This is where Walt shows the first sign of being determined dangerous. The "This is not meth" was a bigger hint. The point is, this scene itself in a slightly more subtle way shows Walt becoming a force not to reckon with. Look closely from the point where he says "You'll only have one shot." He's showing that same "I AM THE DANGER!" thing that he's gonna be showing pretty soon. This scene may not have been the beginning Heisenberg, but it was the first real lead up to him.
Mark McDowell This showed just how loyal Walt was to his family, something that despite it all he never lost. Also that inside he wasn't a wimp either.
Mark McDowell If you payed attention to the plot, you would know that Walter White would have never done something like this. He says early on in the series that he always lived under the boundaries and rules of other people, and that he never truly lived his own life. Although this isn't 100% Heisenberg, it is showing the transformation that basically the entire series is showing. He doesn't just transform over one episode, the entire series is him getting worse and worse until he hits rock bottom.
There it is - his first taste. That adrenaline, the confrontation, the thrill, the power. He liked it and he wanted more. It was never just about the money.
You know what's even better about this scene, at some point down the line these kids would have seen Walt on the news and all the crazy shit he did and they would shit themselves.

artur6912 True. But I think after he learned that he had cancer he decided to take control over what little life he had left and stand up for his son regardless of if the bully and his friends would fight him or not.
