- I spent a lot of money on a LokSound decoder and put it into a very inexpensive engine from Chuggington.
This DCC conversion should only be attempted by grown ups only!

I LOVE the idea of adding voice lines in, taking talking toys to a whole new level.
The voice lines added gave me nostalgia of watching videos of the talking toys they DID have, especially since it's the PEAK og UK Wilson voice
It's interesting to see a Chuggington mod for once. It's like a breath of fresh air because nobody seems to go down the Chuggington route at all. Can't wait to see more videos from your layout. It looks amazing!

This thing is so awesome LOL. You nailed the sounds down to a tee. The signal sequence sfx made me chuckle. And yes, in the show Wilson's engine is an EMD 645.
a 645E3 as used in the video? or a 645E roots blown as Wilson has 2 exhaust stacks as he is based on an F7. He sounds like he should be a GP38-2 internally…

I actually did put a DCC chip in HO Chuggington engines I own, but now, I think I wanna put in one of these kind of chips in them now.

Any ideas when it was added in? And PLEASE give big ol brew a sound system too please?
He does already have Brewster and Koko, so I too would love to see him give them decoders!

Idk, maybe he did? He only showed us three phrases straight from the show unfiltered.
I would've used the voice clips from the Traintastic Adventures app if I were able to get hold of clean rips

Stupid idea, what if Show Accurate Bachmann Wilson Cusom?
Well it is show accurate, Wilson is just missing the circular vents on his face and footsteps under his doors. You could easily fix this with plasticard or 3d printed parts... or just vinyl or cardboard or even paint pen them on if you're gonna take the cheapest way out...😑💀

@@WaksWorld05 Well the red seems fine, but I do think the blue lining on the body is a bit too dark.
I hope you didnt pay $150 USD for that decoder, they retail for by far less than that.
