Wow Steve what a fascinating life of George. Born blind then from a coughing fit he regains his sight. Jockey at about 42 lbs. I know when i lived in California I saw Bela Lugosi, Rita Hayworth and Bing Crosby's grave. His Wife managing his career was brilliant making sure everything he needed negotiated contracts what a great love story as well. The Man was truly gifted. Well done Steve thank you love from America 🇺🇸🇬🇧
Hee hee turned out nice again Steve😊👍 a legend over here is George, after making that great TT film 'No Limits'..his statue stands proudly next to the town hall in Douglas..great tribute to a talented funny man..( he has a beer named after his Bike in that film called Bushy's Shuttleworth Snap IPA..cheers mate, top vid👏👏😮
Enjoyed that thanks, my husbands friends Nan lived in his old house in Hindley in Wigan and my hubbys friend used to stay in his old room, very talented man of his day ❤️ x
Beryl always is remembered in the wrong way. Without Beryl, there would have been no George Formby. She made George tell his mother that she, Beryl, was pregnant, and that he had to marry her.
Brilliant video dad! It had a very nostalgic vibe to it. Can’t wait for the next one! ⭐️ 🪕
