Love seeing the comparison! I’d love to get an Aeon laser….. drooling in Kansas!

Would also want a rotary option, how are the Aeon lasers with rotary functions?

I really love my Glowforge. I already knew it was going to be slower. I started lasering with an Epilog at a Makerspace. But it’s what I had space for. And I wasn’t sure I wanted to devote the space and more. But if my laser business takes off… I will certainly be looking at Mira.
Fun video. I enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.

The Mira 5 is smaller. But at this point if you have a Glowforge, no sense getting a Mira 5 even if it is faster. Focus on your business and grow. That's what I did. Grew from glowforge to now having 5 lasers. I've got some videos Im planning to help people grow their business :)

Great explanation. I wonder how much faster my Nova 14 130 watt will be.

Likely the same really for cut speed. You cold technically get a little faster than my 100 watt.

Ok you’ve peeked my interest. Do you have anything you can send me that talks about the specs on the Mira 5 and 7? Bed size, rotary option, prices?

I am pretty proficient with my glowforge. I consider the programing very user friendly if your not a tech savvy person. Is the Mira 9 program tech non-savvy friendly? After 2 years i am still trying to learn my CNC router (gcodes) which, well lets just say I haven't made really anything with it yet. I want a faster machine but nervous I wont figure out how to use it.

I find using lightburn very simple. So much content out there to help as well. 😊

My only complaint is you have to wait months to get your hand on a Mira 9 from my understanding. Last I checked it was 3 month + wait. Aint nobody got time for that.

Uhhh. I can't wait. Mine comes in sometime this month! 🙌
