I have actively, self-educated since leaving the U.S. Air Force in 2012.
This lecture is The One of thousands of inspirational, intellectual speeches for which I most wish all would hear.

Generations from the 60's have suffered a diminishing capacity to comprehend talks like theses, thereby evidencing the overwhelming need thereof.

Dr. Arnn has lit a fire deep inside of me to know about my history the founding fathers and the Constitution. I quit school in the middle of 9th grade because I had to take care of my mother and her children. Hillsdale.edu has changed my life at 63. Thank you very much for the online courses. I do donate to educate K-12th grade. God bless the great people of this fine College.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. This is the thought I have when I watch these wonderful videos of Hillsdale College. I may not absorb every fact during this lecture but I do get a mouthful of truth and knowledge about our liberties and our Constitution. I do ask for more. I'm hungry.

As changes in the country came about starting with it nolonger being illegal to teach African Americans to Brown vs the Board of Education there needed to be changes in the government to accommodate those changes

Sir you are very wise and common sense. I also believe in Charter schools. As a parent I learned more from my daughters.
And a child shall lead them.......

The incident happened at a private event where Gov. Bill Lee and Dr. Larry Arnn spoke in front of an audience on the future of Tennessee’s education plan. In a video capturing the event, Dr. Arnn belittled Tennessee’s teachers, saying, among other things, “teachers are trained in the dumbest parts of the dumbest colleges in the country.”
