I have been trying to figure out which one to buy all day. Thanks to this video I not only figured out what one to buy but also that buying from Lockdown Security is cheaper than anywhere else!
Hey, I spoke to you guys on the phone yesterday. I wanted to let you know what I found out from Fortin. They released a new firmware today, 0.37 to address the issue of starting the Diesel Ram too quickly. The chrt6 will go 20 seconds before it starts so the evo one is not need. Thank you for talking with me yesterday, you are super helpful and your customer service is second to none.
Thanks! Great explanation. It's about time someone explicitly explained what the heck the differences are! The Fortin website is rather unclear about the purpose and function of all the devices. So question: Does this mean the Evo-All can only be used with pushbutton-to-start vehicles, since it doesn't have the power relay to drive the conventional key ignition current?
Thanks for the kind words, really appreciate it! Yes, essentially this means the EVO-ALL is designed to work as a remote starter on vehicles that are low current only, pretty much push button start vehicles only (there are some key start applications like Fords and Mazdas, but not many).
Does the evo one have functions that the evo chrt5 does not have? Considering getting the chrt5 because it has the t harness included for my 2008 dodge caliber.
HELLO friend, Fortin Universal All-In-One , GOING TO START YOUR CHRYSLER 300C 2009 WITH THIS ITEM ONLY OR DO YOU NEED SOMETHING +? or is this another item that has to be purchased? T-harness tanks
Hi, the Fortin EVO-CHRT4 is what you need. It is the Fortin EVO-ALL and THAR-CHR4 in one box). Buy it vi the link below: lockdownsecuritycanada.ca/products/fortin-evo-chrt4-plug-and-play-remote-starter-for-chrysler-dodge-jeep-key-start-and-push-button-start-vehicles
GREAT VIDEO!! Thank you! Now i just need to find out where to plug in my CarLink since I have the RF extender already installed on the blue port. Thanks.
I have used both fortin styles. I installed evo all in a 2013dodge avenger using a t harness. I installed evo one with bypass harness and hi current ignition wires in 05 dodge dakota. I love the evo one still after almost 3yrs
I have read online in reviews that instructional information has been poor. I am considering this unit, The ONE but am kinda put off by the instructional information, or lack of. I will research a bit more and decide what to do in a month or so.
I’m sorry to be the guy that messages asking questions about an install. I have the evo all, for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I was able to get it installed, I was able to program it. Everything went right the way it was supposed to. Took it back inside and hooked it back up to do the dcryptor. Which was successful all the same. Plugged it all back up, and when I unlock it lock the doors, the blue light will flash, so it’s working for sure. However I can’t get it to fire up when I push the lock button 3x. My question is, on the big white plug, it has a16 purp/yell wire Thats ignition out And a1 yellow wire that’s ignition. It says to connect them together, and then it runs to a spot that says rs6 in/out ignition. Does that go to the ignition in the car? On the starter button?
2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport (USA), Push-to-Start, automatic transmission... when searching for a remote starter for my vehicle, the Fortin website suggests Evo All and Evo One but with the Evo All it says N/A under Remote Start and 3x Start. Do i need the Evo One? I believe I've seen video of someone using Evo All for a similar vehicle. On the Fortin website, when I select the Evo All, under Troubleshooting there's also a link that downloads instructions for the Outlander Sport and shows it being used with the Evo One. Suggestions appreciated.
You would need the EVO-ONE on this vehicle, EVO-ALL would work only as a bypass module, not as the actual remote starter. Email us at sales@lockdownsecurity.ca and we can sell you everything you need, and give you a discount, mention this video.
Hello, I am looking for a bypass module that will help me use the viper 5706v remote start on a 2012 Mitsubishi RVR smart key. Will Evo all be an ideal choice? Should I buy Evo RS? What other accessories will I need for a successful installation?
I have a manual Cadillac ATS with push start, I can find any guide for the evo one . All of them say for automatic transmissions only. I check out evo one with the GM6 T harness but same results, do you have any suggestions for me.
Hi I just buy the evo all for my Tacoma but I can’t start my Tacoma I did all the instructions for the installation but it doesn’t work? What can I do to make it work?
So I just purchased the MPC remote starter from Amazon for my 2019 Tacoma. It's a push start. I successfully installed it with no hiccups. 3x lock and it starts up. I am interested in the app where I can control the vehicle if it gets stolen and I don't have to pay a monthly fee from the dealerships. My question is will any of the two models you speak of work for my needs? And if so which model do you recommend?
Hi there I have a question here i bought a evo one it was working perfect for couple months then it stop working I checked all the connections still nothing. I reprogrammed it and still doesn't work. I notice a flashing right light next to the reset button flashing. Does that mean that there a problem in the software or hardware.

A few days I ordered the 100% Plug & Play Remote Start fits 2014-2020 Mitsubishi Outlander w PUSH-START from Lockdown Security. And I was wondering if the Evo-All can only be used with 3x pushbutton-to-start to start the car, but also together with MyCar VS-4LU or MyStart+ MS-2? Because it would be nice if I could also start the car via my mobile?
If you are in Ontario or Quebec (Canada), you can use the MyStart + (MS-2), if you are in the USA or anywhere else in Canada, then you must use the MyCar VS-4LU
Hi, I do have installed on my car (Audi A6 C7) an Evo-One, and I was using it to remote start my car from my fobkey, but I manage the other days to buy a Pandora DX-4G and I wanted to conected to Evo-One so I can remote start the car from Pandora app, can you help me finding the way to make them ''talk'' each other. Since I install Pandora (+,-,CAN1,CAN2) Evo-One is not working like it work, so I think there is a misunderstanding between those 2. :)

Could you help me out I'm looking for a plug and play remote car start for a 2011 Mercury Milan premier everything I see you got to buy separate tea kits and program kits but I'm not sure but could you kindly give me some ideas what I should be looking for that comes in a complete kit
Man, I'm so frustrated! I emailed fortin and the company I bought the evoall chrt6, warmcarnow, who both said this would work on a diesel ram. Well, it does not let the grid heater cycle fully, even downgrading the firmware to 0.36. Warmcarnow will not get back to me and fortin basically told me to pound sand! Do not buy if you have a diesel ram and especially do not buy from warmcarnow! I wish I would have seen this before I bought.
Use the EVO-ONE as it will 100% work, cannot tell from Fortin website for certain if the EVO-ALL will do remote start functions, it says it will but there is no install guide to confirm that.
I have a silly question. I am out in sask and it looks like none of the apps will work out here as the service area is mostly for ontario and quebec. is that true?? is there another app option?
None of the free apps will work, but MyCar will work, link here: lockdownsecuritycanada.ca/products/mycar-vs-4lu-1-4g-lte-smartphone-remote-start-controller

Yes, you actually make both (EVO-ONE and the EVO-ALL) into car alarms, or car alarms with remote start. We just made a video related to this on our channel as well
