    I lived and worked in Monaco and the neighboring part of France and I was baffled about the massiveness and difference from Mexican tacos served in some restaurants.

    These tacos are also popular in France/Belgium and even in New York there is a restaurant who only sells these tacos.
    They are amazing :)

    That's quite a new thing, I've only seen it in the last 2 years but now it's everywhere and it's more of a wrap really. A bit like Taco Bell.

      It was invented in Lyon or somewhere around Lyon but it's exact origin is debated with at least three principal theories. It seems indeed to come from people that came from Maghreb but I don't know if they come from Morroco or not.

    its algerian not moroco, and the sauce is called algerian sauce, how it's moroco ?

    • @Yanzdorloph
      @Yanzdorloph 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      algerian sauce is one of the many sauces produced by a Belgian company owned by 2 Moroccans, the "algerian" is just the name of the sauce they named other sauces Moroccan, Tunesian, Samurai..etc, it happens that their best selling one is the one named algerian sauce

    In Tangier, if you didn't tried it in "Original Tacos" or in"Tacos de Bruxelles" you didn't tried tacos at all, Comedia isn't the best place to eat anything, Lovals don't even go there

    I think I had some of those in France. They called them "Kebab" over there, which is completely different from what we seem to call Kebab in North America.
    Could be wrong though

      Hello kebab and (French) tacos aren’t the same thing one only uses kebab meat and condiments in it whilst the other uses a special cheese sauce different kinds of meat and fries

    The only thing that thing has of a taco is the name. Nothing to ressemble a real mexican taco. Not the ingredients, not the shape, not the flavor. I found it really stupid.
