Well play 😊
I had big expectations and I was like no way it's so bad as people describe Istanbul to be but yeah worst experience in my life so far, we did not get scammed, but it felt like a super task to even grab a glass of water without people attempting to scam you. I went to places locals recommended to me (work colleagues) and they still scammed us, probably only way is to have a turk with you in every place. Definitely huge mistake visiting Turkey
I’m off to Marakech next weekend for the first time, but snails are a big 😐
Which single guy going to istanbull wants to go drinking with 2 dudes ...???? Not me ....its a strange scam
2024 got scammed 350 australian dollars for a redbull stupid poor turks
Damn this guys speaks 0 language or what.Clearly he can’t speak English other than the keywords to take your money and he just talks gibberish in Turkish as well.Damn.Glad to see that you made up the video and noticed the scam pretty early
Travelling could be amazing, but no, you have to constantly be on the lookout. Better to travel to rural sites, as the busy cities are always trash
That's why I've gone cashless for the last 4 years now and counting. They're gonna have to steal my phone if they want my money, and even then I'll have my physical card somewhere they don't know and they'll have to know my pin to use it anyway. So good luck with that. Get beer, pay beer, done deal. Big night out? I'll bring the necessary cash I want to spend and no more than that. No way I'm just sitting there with a bunch of strangers and unknown drinks that keep coming my way, and if you fall for it I'm sorry but you kind of deserve it tbh. It sucks, but it is what it is.
9:08 "Texas, huh?" "I like a steak sauce" Incredible conversations.
Didn’t your mom warn you that it’s not safe to go with strangers in a candy van?
😂
Police in turkey are corrupted more than the scammers, no free smile, drink, gift, dinner ....etc. in Istanbul
turkey is a trash country....
The first thing you learn about going to Istanbul is beware of the scammers. NEVER go with strangers, NEVER order things that are not on the menu. NEVER use taxis. NEVER pick up the brush, when the shoeshine boy in front of you ‚loses‘ it. NEVER let them trick you into a club you don’t know, or you don’t want to go. NEVER buy a carpet. NEVER visit Taksim alone at night without a few locals you can TRUST. I’ve been there quite often and always have had the time of my life there. ❤️
Very good information about this scammer people in turkey
Iscambull
Apparently Mustafa likes steak sauce 😆😂🤣
😆
He wrote dirty curses. See you again in Istanbul. Remove this video.
and now this video has been taken to court
If she knew English she wouldn't act like this
This American Türkiye, the next time you come to this video, the state will have problems.
This video is a lie and everything has been cut
well the minimum wage in turkey is like 500 USD, so if they manage to scam one tourist a day for like 1-300 dollars its a huge business for these people
what is tursu suyu ? just say pickle juice
Recently came back from Istanbul with some friends, thankfully we didn't have this happen but Taksim is really nuts and probably not recommed going for clubs at least. However we used Google maps to check good place to eat drink, there are some really nice gems in between there, we went to a few where they even comp'd the turkish tea ( I guess because there was a few of us and we ate quite a bit lol) ,although we're all Londoners so I think we're pretty used to knowing what's fishy. The less hectic areas would probably be out toward Balat or Kadikoy on the asian side, normally I've heard Taksim is where these scammers tend to operate. If anyone does travel and stay around Taksim, the number one thing really is to not accept anything from strangers and just use Google Maps and read the reviews of bars and restaurants in the area. At least one bar I've been twice that's got the cheapest beer I've found in that area (100 liras for a pint of Efes), then check out Pendor, it's a lovely hidden bar and they have a resident black cat that sleeps on the counter.
I am Turkish. Thank you for getting those scammers on the show. They use the real "hospitality" action of Turkish Nation. I am sorry for those guys as it happens in all countries. To who read this before coming to Turkey, please ask any authority if that is normal or not.
SO GLAD YOU ARE OK
Türkiye perfect amazing, Rice culture
I was in Istanbul in November 2023 and had a date via Grindr. We had exchanged pictures and I was stupid enough to invite him to my apartment. First we had a conversation and quickly ended up in bed, the guy was a bit hyperactive and nervous at the same time, I had no idea. The sex was great until he broke it off because of erectile dysfunction. He went to take a shower, I went after him. Knowing full well that I had a stranger in my apartment, which gave me a bad feeling. He had got me poppers and then wanted much more than agreed, which I didn't see the point in, then I paid him for it and he tried to take it with him again. When I came out of the shower, I noticed that the door where the safe was was open and the empty safe was open. We then discussed it briefly until he started shaking and quickly said goodbye. He was obviously a drug addict, which shocked me. Two days later, when I was looking for my passport in my jacket, I was dizzy with shock. He had stolen my passport from my jacket because he hadn't found anything else. I had put everything else in the apartment in places where no one would find it. He must have been very desperate to have taken my passport. It would be unthinkable if he had found my bank cards and my wallet. It was a lot of work. I had to go to the police, who are not very motivated, and report the loss when I left the country because that was where the stamp was. Luckily, I had my ID with me and was able to identify myself, and a national ID card from the EU is valid in Turkey. The shock has passed and I'm flying back to Istanbul next week for a week. I can only advise everyone not to invite men into your room straight away. Meet them outside, go for a coffee with them and check out whether they are acting suspiciously. Beware of pickpockets, leave credit cards and large amounts of cash in the hotel and hide them in places where you need to be extremely careful, because especially around Taksim Square or in general, over 50% of people are after your money, be it escorts, masseurs, city guides or just thieves. If you pay attention and take precautions, you'll be on the safe side and can fully enjoy the hot guys.
u got some balls i tell ya man
There’s unfortunately no evidence to prove it. Totally with you on this, but as you didn’t go to the club we will never know for sure.
Tourists who just meet a guy on the street and go with him to have a drink in a bar must be a really stupid. They should not put their stupidity on the media like that.
That Turkish dude oozes " CREEP"

Great Half burger half cat vid
Funny, I went a few times and nothing like that ever took place.
The world is not heaven black ship is every where just feeled remind u
I met with same guy in antlaya and they scammed me
You can tell those cats are treated and fed well on the streets.
Yes, they are. There are millions of them in Istanbul. The locals feed them and create houses for them. You can see them in every corner of the city.
I wouldn't go as far as labelling it as infamous, but I guess it's not for everyone.
Why didnt you grab an Uber from there?
The Best place to see and live is KADIKÖY in Istanbul and Asia side
Unfortunately poverty level is high and they will do anything to rob people
Scam in Turkey? What a surprise 😂😂😂
Instead of going to shitplaces like Istanbul, just go to Capadoccia or Antalya ... much safer and better.
When you said - Maybe this dude is into me but I don’t swing that way, my heart broke 😢😂
😆
Dude you are trying to swim where to many sharks
