Some corset lacing would help with the fit, but even for such a cheap dress making all the adjustments is a bit too much effort. Such a shame. And the Belle Langue hair accessory is very confusing. It looks like a rockabilly headband, not lolita. I like how it could look as a neck accessory on your dress form. How awful of them to send you a size small though! The communication has been really bad with your order. Maybe King Eleven used the same printer as Bodyline? King Eleven did half a Bodyline with the print :P
Ahaha! I had forgotten about those Bodyline issues too. I have managed to sell the Belle Langue dress and the mint one is at the seamstress and I think she will be able to do it for not to expensive. It will all end up ok. But I think it’s too much trouble from that company. I need to find another one.

They refuse to cancel the order and inform me that a blouse and bag I ordered aren’t ready. I say that I want the order cancelled but they’ve already shipped out the stuff. They offered me store credit since it wasn’t going to get here in time and luckily it came on the morning I was going to get my flight, but it wasn’t the stuff I needed - it was only part of the order I still haven’t got my other stuff and it’s August, I’m still missing a blouse and bag. And I never got that store credit.

Hey, yeah I'm late to the party, but TH-cam just recommended this to me, so I just want to say that I've also had my Taobao dress have this REALLY weird built in "petty" that was cut straight and completely in a wrong cut for any lolita petticoat and would just press it down. Mine was around 40€ too. It REALLY sucks they sent you the wrong size and they couldn't even fix it. But at least you have the JSK. Great review

You don't order on Taobao though them but they display a preselection. Devilinspired works the same way. So don't worry for your order, there is no reason to be afraid.

That's so easy, I just message her when I see something that she posts that I like and she will order for me and send me a PayPal invoice. I had a good experience with Devilinspired and also I am working on a video where I compare several resellers and they don't seam to be that must more expensive for what I have compared. I know that some people might have had bad experiences, but not me.
The problem is when they tell you the thing they have in stock are not in stock anymore. When they ship, it arrives usually. If it takes longer it might be because of COVID-19 and not their fault.

The first dress you showed us would, I am afraid, follow a recent purchase of mine - a silk kimono which did not meet expectations and was refused for refund and so ended up being posted through the letter box of a local charity shop! The minty colour and $40 cost was nice though. The second “geeky,” blue, was very suiting I thought but how do they manage to get the size wrong? Meanwhile, I would go a long way for the belt alone - dont know about that headband (?) though. For me, the third eclipsed the others by far. It’s not dumb at all. We use either a petticoat which is a lot of fabric to fill the dress or a hoop skirt which is like a cage to hold the dress. I am working on a video where I compare 15 of them to tell you which ones are the best.

I don’t know any in Australia but you can buy from the ones that ship worldwide. Like the TaoBao resellers, all indie brands and some big brands. Also you can try LaceMarket, the eBay for lolitas, and filter only for the things in Australia.
No no no no! Don’t buy from Milanoo or Lolita show, ever. If you want affordable dresses you can try the second hand website Lace Market. It’s like eBay for lolitas.
Big brand dresses are expensive there as they are expensive new. But Bodyline and TaoBao brands dresses there can be very affordable. You just need to know what to look for.
It is too bad that the second dress did not fit. It looked really good on you. Maybe you could get a seamstress to look at the first one to see if you can fix it.

I don’t know any in Australia but you can buy from the ones that ship worldwide. Like the TaoBao resellers, all indie brands and some big brands. Also you can try LaceMarket, the eBay for lolitas, and filter only for the things in Australia.

No no no no! Don’t buy from Milanoo or Lolita show, ever. If you want affordable dresses you can try the second hand website Lace Market. It’s like eBay for lolitas.

Big brand dresses are expensive there as they are expensive new. But Bodyline and TaoBao brands dresses there can be very affordable. You just need to know what to look for.

It is too bad that the second dress did not fit. It looked really good on you. Maybe you could get a seamstress to look at the first one to see if you can fix it.
I tried to fix the first one but it still isn’t fantastic. And I ended up buying the JSK of the second one so that’s fine.
I bought before i researched about the websites and I got ripped off my dress didnt look good. and it was a 60 dollar dress.
I am sorry to hear that. I never had quality issue with them. Just mostly that the thing I order is never in stock and they only tell you weeks after you pay.

I know I do that. But I don’t see how I could script what I would discover in a package. Should I open it before, and write a review and then film it? I think it wouldn’t be as authentic and spontaneous.

i ordered from MLD and the one i ordered was out of stock :( but it said it was in stock when i ordered it. they messaged me on instagram saying that i can choose another dress and will refund me if it was cheaper. the one i chose was a few more $$ than i payed originally so they made an item for me to buy that was the exact amount i owed. the dress came in around 3 or 5 months. it is a bit small but i knew it would be because i chose the measurements with no extra cm
