The word "stunning" is overused in the real estate industry but that is the word I come to when I see this home. It's gorgeous in every way without being over the top. Wonderful property.
This home was 100% decorated by the owner and her Interior Designer as a partnership. True, the story is not told by either of them, but just want to clarify that this home was not staged, it is presented exactly as how the owners live in it.
I like this house as it’s seems like a warm and lived in home rather than some of the modern looking places that are cold and you can just tell the rooms are for show not for function and enjoyment and family making memories in the lake.
wtf homeworthy?stumbled into a real estate commercial while i was still recovering from the hilton's rug promo. are you messing with your subscribers as some kind of joke?
How on earth do those lovely japanese maples survive after being buried under 6 feet of snow? Which reminds me, folks, picture that dream home in the winter. Piles of snow and ice. The west shore gets the morning sun but the afternoon turns to mountain shadow and everything freezes early brrrrrrrr! Lets go to our house On the French Riviera instead!!!!!! Kyle did a great job hosting this tour.
Beautiful for some people but I would rather have my Victorian fixer upper any day!…. I like to feel at home not like I’m at the furniture store. I have 6bedrooms….beautiful 1880’s woodwork everywhere. Both Arched pocket doors & French doors. Multi gas fireplaces w/ marble mantels….Hand tied oriental rugs, antique lighting & chandeliers….1800’s oil paintings & sits on 3/4 acre lot with mature trees & flower garden. No boat oars! ….No lake… no outrageous taxes!…..no outrageous house payment! Just home sweet home!!!
Beautiful mansion, but it feels like window shopping in Beverly Hills 😊 I prefer watching videos of small houses and apartments in which the owners or renters do DIY projects or tell us where to buy more affordable items. This luxurious mansions have super expensive items only. Well, for the wealthy subscribers out there this is your thing.
Most are not at this level of wealth but can still appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into the design and architecture. I don’t need to be able to afford a 29 million dollar property in order to find inspiration in a way that is executable. I can’t relate to the attitude of if it not attainable to me, I’m not interested.
@@sophienoel26 Agreed, you are very open minded. Inspiration can be found in many places big and small, high and low, you just have to be creative and adapt ideas to suit your own tastes and situation.
I didn't mind this as much as the Hilton Ruggable ad. Here it says "Inside a $29 Million Dollar Waterfront Estate." That told me if I clicked on it I would be seeing an ad. It was still interesting to see how the uber wealthy live.
I would much rather have a tour of Nathalie Farman-Farma’s family home on Lake Tahoe. What I love about Homeworthy is the storytelling - having a realtor do the tour just cannot capture the soul of a home like the actual homeowner. I get this is a money stream for Homeworthy but it also feels like one.
Umm 🤔 I didn't know you were promoting sales for homes now Homeworthy! Y'all definitely be all over the place! But I'm more interested in Kyle in this episode sexy 😍🤣
This the 1st home you've showcased I've felt that was underpriced. If marketed right this home could easily go for low 30s. I guess they are trying to sell quickly.
Just another home for the rich folks that are forcing locals out. Enjoy the property when it snows and freezes - oh wait, you won''t be there because you will leave this monstrosity empty in the winter unless it suits you to ski, provided a local clears your driveway but they won't be local anymore because they will live over an hour away since there is no place for the people that serve you to live. The public beaches at Tahoe are dwindling. Very few are free. $40 or more at Sand Harbor depending on the day? And Kyle, I would think that being a soap star on DOOL would pay you enough that you don't need to moonlight showing real estate. Guess you can't afford Tahoe either. Sad. Just sad.
Beautiful property, but I don’t care for these videos where obviously they are just showing the property to sell.
I agree. I quit watching right away
Wow - what a fantastic home and property. So fun and interesting to see homes of this caliber.
Drink every time you hear the word “meticulous”🎉🍸🥂
Stunning, cozy, beautiful property. ❤
The word "stunning" is overused in the real estate industry but that is the word I come to when I see this home. It's gorgeous in every way without being over the top. Wonderful property.
This has nothing to do with decorating, this is just staging. Prefer those homes that are shown by an owner and not a real estate agent.

Stunning Home and Property. Excellent Presentation too. Great Delivery.

They definitely are all over the place!
Even HW needs to merch. 🤑
Nice history about the house, oars, etc. Anything Tahoe is interesting to me! Stunning home. 😊
Feels like It was a boat club before.

You sound vaguely envious, definitely small minded and generally annoying.
The curtain between the kitchen and the kitchenette is a great idea.
Ah, to remember the 70s at Lake Tahoe when prices were a bit more commensurate with wages...
There’s an old Southern saying- “somes got it, somes don’t “.
Exquisite design and views 👌
I love that beautiful lap pool!!! 👍😀

Homeworthy has a mice variety of homes I think.

The Shaman part was a little much.

What a wonderful host!
If you're intentionally trying to lose subscribers, just tell us!!!
We don't watch this channel to see a real estate agent sell!
I wish the owners gave the tour instead, however I love that 16 person organic shaped spa
I wondered about the pool and chlorine. Given what we know about chlorine, it’s amazing to me, that pools are still chocked full of chlorine.
What do we know about chlorine?
@@rosieposie9564 Chlorine reacts with water in and out of the body to form hydrochloric acid and hypochlorous acid. Both are extremely poisonous.
@@rosieposie9564 LOL

Wauw nice house.
What’s the background music?
Umm 🤔 I didn't know you were promoting sales for homes now Homeworthy! Y'all definitely be all over the place! But I'm more interested in Kyle in this episode sexy 😍🤣
Again not bothering to look at a $29 million dollar home, what's the point?
This the 1st home you've showcased I've felt that was underpriced. If marketed right this home could easily go for low 30s. I guess they are trying to sell quickly.
I’m not interested in watching a realtor sell a home.
What does one do for a living to afford a 29 million dollar home?
The owner worked in banking it says in the video.
Business Owner, CEO, Inherited Wealth, Finance, Oil, Etc. There are so many ways.
Why’d you do the intro twice?
Admiring boat oars mounted to the wall in the entrance hall is a peculiar choice. No thanks, no matter how dedicated one is to boating.
This is a real estate informercial ad, no thanks
Cute little house, but that view is atrocious!
Those are some really tight pants…
Haha 😂
💝
Twenty nine million and no privacy, ugly furnishings and no excellent art work!?

No beach
Atrocious architecture, I could not watch this after a few minutes in.
It’s beautiful, but also sterile somehow.
How can a home with so much wood and natural material even be considered sterile?
29 million for a dated and dowdy home? Homeworthy, surely you can do better...
Beautiful house - unfortunately there wasn't much to see - poor presentation.
Lol no ones cares about the intro and “history”
❤
