    This is the Main point every yoga student should be consciousof. That is good way, is ,
    hip bending ,Not ( upper)back bending !! Here hip bending training is given.Thanks. Sharma ji.

      One thing we need to know is back bending requires all the spine to work at the same time like a coil to open up. hip" bending" or lower back back bending put a lot of pressure in your lower back if you don't simultaneously moving your whole spine at the same time. Beside that you need to have good shoulder mobility and strong legs to hold your counter balance as you drop down. That is what i think in order to open up without too much tension in your lower back. Especially for an adult that never been train with this pose, your spine is not as flexible as when we were kids.

      @@lewisbong5317 by practice, only by repeated practice, hip bending is possible. I learned yoga at age 19y. Yoga science 50y back i know was taught wrongly in many leading institutions except by some few like Sri Mahesh Yogi. Hip bending is basic to yoga. Without teaching basic structural yoga, institutions in india were idling with a yoga of convenience and comfort. Because yoga teachers were obese mostly. They could perform hip bending but did not know it was important and how to teach it with small steps. Even after studying for 2y with daily practice at school of yoga i could not understand the difference between back and hip bending. In 2012, 10y back, a French man joined my class and appreciated my syllabus, but pointed out about that hip bending specifically. Till then nobody told me. I read nowhere.internet came in 2004.But no one gave idea about these small steps that are essential to arrive at full hip bending. Shivam is the first yoga coach to strike at the root of real muscle yoga and hip bending etc. These were taught in Europe the centre of yogic excellence i think. After Shivam Sharma, many have flooded with good tips on giving demos on what to practise daily to achieve hip bending. It is easy. Not difficult. But repeating basic home work using chair, alone makes you achieve it. 40y i spent my time teaching powerful yoga practices. My yoga class syllabus produces noticeable results in 10 days. This is my very own syllabus, culled from various schools of yoga. But people enjoyed my yoga and got results. Other condemned my style saying its not yoga at all. I wanted to be practical and professional for the demands of current age lifestyle.
      Old patterns taught when i learned at 19 for 10y were really useless time wasting junk workouts. They did not understand muscle imbalance was causing body discomforts. Now i am bending fwd 60 to 70% efficiently, and doing leg splitting comfortably. I did not reach perfection. I will soon. I got out of amateurish zombie yoga, 30y back. My 1st mentor to strike at the root was a 65y lady allopathic doctor who kindly & passionately showed me the Canadian air force ,CAF exercises, for backpain. Then south indian indigenous work outs by a varma expert showed me leg hip muscle stretches. I added all and made a nice package. I had good yoga centre serving about 30 students daily for months. I was happy. As a senior yoga practitioner, i came in close shave with mayofacial stretches. Muscle imbalance is corrected in 2 hours by a Canadian course worth attending. My pattern is not as good as, as quickly effective as, that of jeevan yoga studios. But it is nearly coming closer if i improve further upon my syllabus. Total yoga for 30 min of muscle balancing as done by jeevan is sufficient for today's world. To reach that level they got to learn primary levels of jeevan. I recommended Jeevan to many through my social platforms.
      Today also i did recommend. Its worth paying good mentors for reaching a good Quality of Healthy yoga practices.
