Some of my suggestions for increasing height:-
1- Dairy Products ,eggs and meat intake is helpful.
2- Aerobic Exercises just like running, walking etc is beneficial.
3- Proper Sleep Hours at least 7-12 hours
With regular routine
4- Do eat Wheat Flour Loaf daily.

Hieght can increase in any age... its totally individual based thing... depending on how much you take rest and how well diet you take.... It can increase or it has nothing to do with the stupid remedies.... But 12 hour lying straight on a Matress or plain bed can help... Because it's my personal experience... I am now 23 and during the lockdown I don't have much to do at home so I sleep well and relax and in the last 1 year I noticed my hieght has increased about 1 to 1.5 Inch
