Hello, i meant is it the same as the liquid cleaning type1 from Ricoh? so we can also use it for maintenance or just for the head clog cleaning? @@GarmentPrinterInk
This would be for your head only - @@duytrinh3400 - we carry the Ricoh cleaning www.garmentprinterink.com/products/ricoh-cleaning-liquid-type-1-part-number-257058
I didn’t use the printer for 1 day because there was a storm and I couldn’t go to my warehouse. Now there is no white, no black and no blue, no magenta, just yellow. I did the wet cap with the cleaning solution it comes with. Is my printer gonna get better?? What else should I do??
you should wet cap at the least overnight, if you are trying to loosen up a nozzle, however longer is always going to be more effective. If you are storing your printer or not using it for a long period of time, this is also when you would wet cap it
Hello, is this also work as liquid cleaning for the Ricoh DTG printer??
Yes - we are using it on the Ricoh Ri2000 in the video

There is a sequence of things to do, reach out to our support dept - support@garmentprinterink.com I'm pretty sure they have a PDF on it.
