      @Springfield-1903 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@matthewrobertmontez3587
      If the shaking is truly coming from the rear of the truck you shouldn't have to worry about the 5.3 engine at all. I'd check the universal joints in the driveline, then the wheel bearings and brakes. If those items are good you might have thrown a wheel weight and it's outta balance. 😎
      Good luck!

    I'm sure you have already said how much, but how much did you pay for just the roller body of the other duramax?

    That fan clutch trick works like a charm. Total lifesaver lol. Beats swearing at it and buying a tool I won’t use often lol.
    And I’m surprised you didn’t take the fenders off first thing. Beats working around them,
    “Engine hoist: a device for testing the tinsel strength of everything you forgot to disconnect.” 😂😂
    Mind as well do the down pipe and as much as you can while it’s out!

      Air hammer with a chisel bit zips em right off, sorta like the prybar

    Right now I'm recovering from surgery and Soon I will be placing a LLY in a 2009 Chevey that came without the original LMM Trying to gather and make this happen for an old friend of mine who was promised to have it done 3 years ago by a bunch of thieves who sold him the original turbos and come to find out the turbos were still in the engines he had purchased. I couldn't let this happen to my friend so I came out of retirement to help.
