Just got mine yesterday on straight talk I'm loving it so far this a nice phone especially for 179
Kevin, you mentioned wishing there was a way to stop the screen from shutting off but that there isn't. So in case you didn't know at this point if you go: Settings -> Advanced Features -> Motions & Gestures -> Smart Stay - in part your wish has been granted. Turn it on and as long as you're looking at your phone it uses the front camera to recognize you're looking at the screen and keeps the screen on. I presume you probably know about it by now but figured I should mention just in case you didn't know.

I found out you can actually change the size of your widgets. If I press and hold on the weather screen widget, then 4 dots appear around the widget and you can change it to be taller or shorter. Never had this feature before on any phone I've had! Super cool!
I got the Samsung A20 two weeks ago as a backup phone to my OnePlus 6T and I'm surprised how good of a phone it is, especially with only 3 gigs of RAM. And that Good lock app is awesome.
I still wish they would have put 4 gigs of RAM and instead of 32 gigs of storage I wish it was 64
@Jatz why can't you find it all you got to do is go to the Samsung Galaxy store and download it
If you want 4gigs of ram and 64gigs of rom just go for the A30 it has better display too
@@Vaikida I don't know if the Samsung A30 support LTE in the state tho. I do know that the Samsung A10 and A20 do because those are being sold by carriers like MetroPCS T-Mobile.

Great deal but it is a budget phone so 720p screen I can see the pixels. But it has an amazing screen bright vivid colors deep black because its amoled. But it does have an old processor its fast but pubg is frustrating sometimes. The speaker is reasonable but not amazing. Big screen amazing battery life so long, and with super fast charging 15 Watts OK back camera selfe cam is meh at best. Hope I was helpful overall its a great value just for the screen and battery in my opinion 🙃

Great video. I got a Samsung A20S for Christmas and I am a older guy with no techie ability at all. So, well spoken, clear and articulate with easy to follow directions which helped me set up my phone a bit better.
I just got mine yesterday its great, and can run dolphin emulator around 15-20 fps and runs super smash bros melee at 60 fps

@@deadboy98 mines ok quality, you have to remember that it has the ultra wide camera which is lower quality and the normal camera which is higher quality.

You can hide the notch on Samsung Galaxy a20 go to display scroll down and click on full screen apps on the right has three dot click on it say advanced setting click on it and it should say hide camera cutout
And you can change the shape of the notch.

Was wondering if you found a way to enable the google weather widget for the home screen? I have followed many tutorials, but no matter how I go about it when I click add to home screen it doesn't show up. Worked fine on my S5, but it just won't work on my a20.

crazy how far phones have come in the last few years. wonder how far the advancements in technology will reach or will it plateau soon 🤔
Im a iphone user but i just ordered this phone for android os since there are many things i want to do on iphone that isnt possible (such as listening to multiple sources of audio at once like audio books and music at the same time). the iphone is still going to be my daily phone but i can always use my iphones personal hotspot to use the android as a secondary phone. also with all the amazing pre paid plans i can easily just pay a small amount and use the android as a actual secondary phone.
i am very happy with my decision to order this phone. the phone looks great, seems to run great, and for under $200 is a steal! depending how this goes i may switch to android permanently some time in the future! the reasons to stay on ios arent really compelling now a days.........

Hand swipe. With keyboard closed, hold hand perpendicular to phone and swipe right to left.

the device care widget doesn't really clean out the cache. i installed twitter since i got this phone and after few times using the gadget and check the cache from twitter it still has 500-600mb of cache so i installed an app to clean out the cache. i don't know if this just me or this is really an issue.

I just got this phone two days ago it's pretty cool I had the galaxy a10e before this ..pretty much same phone just smaller screen and some other odd and ends ..
Not happy with mine.Had to take to a phone shop as it needed a code to open it and another to close it. Can't seem to download banking apps or some others and it won't recognise my actual phone number.

APanda a20, cauae amoled display (even if its 720), its more likely to get updated , larger battery, carrier deals and wide angle lens

@@apanda I'd take a 720p amoled display and the benefits of it over a 1080p ips especially when at smilar prices. Also your more likely to get better third party accessory support as well as oem support on samsung site in the long term

Yes just go to setting and type in the search bar "tap to wake up" and the option to turn it off will be there

I had mine 4 months, somehow it got a crack near the camera. I had it protected under a leather snap case with no screen protector. First the top right corner went bad, next day the screen was half black.
