I think the map perk should only be used for counselors who are "errand-runners", such as Vanessa; high speed, high stamina, but low stealth. They make runs to find gas and other parts and leave them at sites to be installed by counselors with higher repair. Counselors who don't fit that role are better off with other perks that strengthen their strong points, plus, maps are actually a pretty common item in drawers, and there's a board somewhere in the camp where you can fetch a map.
On Crystal Lake it's the sign usually by the 4-seater, on Packanack it's the sign out front, and I forget where it is in Higgin's Haven, but I'm sure there's a TH-cam video on it if you really want to know.
The perks can stack on top of each other. So if you have Low Profile and Level-headed you'll get a 65% chance of avoiding Jason's sense, and a 15% faster crouch walk!!! You combine those two with either the map, the med spray with 2 uses, or more avoiding his sense when indoors perk, Home Body, and you're damn near undetectable!!! Especially with AJ!!

But on a player like AJ, who already has great stealth, it'll be even better, and could give you that slight edge that let's you remain hidden from Jason. So if Low Profile is 15%, and Level Headed is 50%, you have a 65% chance of avoiding his sense every time he uses it. SaKar She's still vulnerable over a long period of time. I've seen someone play her, and the screen go black after multiple confrontations. It just takes a much longer time than the other counselors.
With Tiffany lone wolf won't work because she has a low repair so what I do is keep some that has a higher repair (basically anyone) and someone with a good speed and stamina so I can get the parts to fix the phone, car, or boat and I put it down for them to repair it so I would use the perk that lets u move through windows faster or nerves of steel
lone wolf definitely will work with tiffany. it has nothing to do with repairing lone wolf reduces your fear when your alone so i dont know how you came up with the idea that it wont work because she has low repair.

I think the map perk should only be on the intelligent players being 7 in intelligence or higher because they can get to the area where the parts may be to repair and their are other perks like the Walkie perk because with Vanessa she is responsible for getting the parts and bringing them back so if u don't find a walkie then u have one to tell the smarter characters to be ready to get out the fastest

your going to need more than the lightfoot perk, i have a rare one and it only decreases the sound by 12%, you will need to have level headed as well because i believe that gives a sense avoidance chance and i would use low profile as well so you get a sense avoidance chance when crouched. you could also try homebody which gives you sense avoidance while indoors

Yes all the counselors are from the movie. AJ was the girl in part 8 that Jason killed with her guitar. And Jenny tho is from part 1 and 2. She is the one that killed Jason's mom and was the first kill in part 2.
I was wrong it was Alice in part 1 and 2. Come to think of it AJ was from part 5 not part 8. I don't think the counselors are direct from the movie but remakes. Like Chad is from part 2 as the head counselor
if your on xbox its because matchmaking still isnt completely fixed yet, the best thing to do is join a friday the 13th the game club and there should be plenty of people playing the game or just create a looking for group. but if your on ps4 i dont know what to tell you because they havent released any news for matchmaking in the games twitter

basically when jason shuts off the lights or you are in the dark you wont be as scared, and thats a really good roll for night owl

Good feedback I kept dying using Chad because I'm new I thought it was better to have a well rounded character and just survive by getting good items.
not necessarily, chad is good because of his luck and its easy for him to find stuff in my experience. Give A.J. a try shes really good
