Hi my cookies i don't will eat you because I'm on a diet But if you are reading this comment, then give me some advice. I have been trying to lose weight for a year and a half and have not given up. When I started losing weight, I was about 32 kg. Only 5 days ago I saw a change But When I weighed myself I saw 51 kg and I can't wait any longer I tried everything but nothing helps so I'm losing hope and if you lost weight and it helped you then advise something that will help 😢
hey i want to let you know about what helped me go from 57kg to 49 so at first i was basicly eating nothing working out every day until i realise i was gainig more weight and not losing but then i started learning more and not eating actually slow down your metabolism and skipping breakfast makes you fatter and you should eat 3 meals a day and work out 4 or 5 times in a week cuz working out everyday with no rest is no good cuz working out with no rest makes your waist wider and pilates is really good you can eat sweets only on saturday or sunday but the other days of the week you shouldnt and make sure to eat protein with every meal
@@Jennie-Fan-4everyour advice isn’t the best obviously not eating isn’t good but if ur doing a water fast or liquid fast u can loose a lot of weight plus working out everyday can be good depending how light the workout is it won’t make your waist wider
