Only if you lose on the final phase. On top of that, Jin now parry’s every move and gets another health bar when his life runs out the first time. Basically: it’s impossible to get the bad ending unless you jump over and over.

Jin is powered by his bonds when you pass the quick time events but if you just don't do the QTE's and let kazuya beat jin, he loses the power of friendship and it makes him too weak to beat kazuya.
