Here is composition 1. 10 KG of Wheat (*this your going to be your main flour) 2. 250 GM of Rice 3. 250 GM of Chickpea 4. 250 GM of Jawar 5. 250 GM of Raagi 6. 250 GM of Bajra 7. 250 GM of Maize 8. 250 GM of Oats 9. 250 GM of Semolina 10. 250 GM of Gram 11. 250 GM of Coconut/Coconut Flour 12. 250 GM of Almond/ Almond Flour 13. 250 GM of Buckwheat Flour 14. 250 GM of Quinoa/ Quinoa Flour 15. 250 GM of Cassava/ Cassava flour 16. 50 GM of Dry Neem/Powder 17. 50 GM of Tulsi Powder 18. 50 GM of Jamun Powder 20. 100 GM of Salt + 100 GM of Haldi (To increase shelf life) You can store all in seprate air tight container or store them all together if you're sure that they will not cause you any harm. If storing separate always maintain moisture free contact and pour one spoon of each Neem,haldi,jamun,salt. Note: Please don't mix them all together at beginning. Use them one by one like 2-3 spoons while preparing your flour and test that whether they all suit your body and doesn't cause you any allergic reactions. While trying do not consume more than half roti to avoid any harm to the body. And if you already have tried all these things and they suits your body then you are good to go. This flour composition covers almost every need of the body & make organs strong and healthy. Strength of this flour composition is that it is all season flour and can be eaten any time of the day.
