Over-Analyzing Each Birdo Fight in Super Mario Bros. 2

Birdo is a strange character in the Super Mario Bros. franchise as they start off in an antagonistic role before devolving into "Mario Party Character" status, sort-of-like what happened with Wario.
In Super Mario Bros. 2 you can fight Birdo a total of 17 times, with each fight either changing Birdo herself and/or the environment around the player. In this video I intend to over-analyze each of these fights in order to understand how the developers constructed these fights with difficulty progression in mind.
