Thank you so much for the donation! Odi goes HAM when we first get to camp. Lots to explore and smell. This was also one of the first real snow experiences for him since last spring. Made the zoomies even better! Cheers.
Not flying it like that, but hitting it with my truck i have lol. The batteries have to be warm prior to takeoff otherwise the drone won’t operate. I’ve flown it in -5°F with no issues as long as the drone + batteries are stored in a warm spot.
Odi, you have stolen the show with your snow pants! I’m at 13:48 and I’m already looking for a waterproof blanket for those brief naps in between the romps in the snow!
Just subscribed to your channel yesterday, have been watching Simon a Bloke in the Woods and Kent Survival who are in the UK since the covid thing, great to see someone here in the US doing the same thing only better. Getting older here in Pa, would love to see that skyline before I die. Love the channel.👍
Wow that means a lot Mark! I've only been doing the YT thing for little over a year so a lot to learn and improve on still but support like yours goes a long ways for sure. Cheers!
@ much deserved, it’s obvious how much work goes into your videos, truly a cut above everyone else’s. Stunning camera work as good as anything on TH-cam. 👍🏻
That river is beautiful...wow, and we have here another wonderful video to enjoy from the comforts of my home the day before Thanksgiving where it's 75 degrees :) Thank you once again Hunter, you never disappoint :)
Odi: _Ty Dad! Zoomies & exploring are even more fun in my snow gear!!_ Odi is a smile-maker :D. Solid score on the firewood. Omgoash dinner looked _sooo_ good. Love the sizzle to a perfect steak! PS I 1st tried those potatoes (w/butter) camping too, w/fire-roasted spatchcock chicken. Yum 👍. Thnx for all your work in filming & sharing the jaw-dropping beauty of Montana Hunter. ✨
Thank you for the support on all the videos and the most recent premier Sherry! Love seeing and having folks who support what Odi and I are doing out there. Cheers to a great year!
Imagine how hard life was way before what we now have, electricity to bring us light and power to our computers, TVs and other devises, gas to heat our homes and cook our food. It took a long time for technology to bring us these blessings. Technology is good but in the wrong hands, not so good. We see what evil men can do. I fear we are on the brink of something terrible. I love your videos; it shows a beauty that so many humans cannot comprehend in this present day. God Bless and safe travels.
Also just want to say that what a blessing it is to have a loyal companion, love the frisky Odie scamping about, I am sure you treat him like a prince! The views of the spectacular river and surroundings are beyond glorious. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us!
Greetings from Mud Island (the UK!). Thanks for taking us along on your beautiful, chilled adventures. Totally appreciate the solitude and peaceful surroundings of the big sky country. Can't beat nature breaks. Best place to be. 🙏Been a follower since your bonkers viral firetower vid which was fascinating. 😊Montana is one of the states on my bucket list - done Highway 1 Cali road trip and Chicago Half marathon so far. Love Odie's snow pants btw (haha!) and how he dashes around like a loon and watches you from under his eyebrows. He needs a tartan pair for Christmas. 😝Skottels are great aren't they? They originated in South Africa, where I was born, so it's impressive to see an American enjoying one. Look forward to your next video. Please keep 'em coming! Until then, you and Odie go safe and have fun. Peace out.
Thanks for the support on this upload! Glad you can appreciate the beauty of Montana all the way from the UK :) The skottle is amazing to cook on! It's by far one of my favorite pieces of gear I've gotten in 2024. Odi and I appreciate the support!
Those potatoes are pretty awesome. We eat them a lot and I actually carry one of the small packages in my pack when canoeing, hiking, or biking. It isn't advised, but I have just poured some boiling water into the package and stir it up really well, then eat it straight out of the pack. Need to have some really good gloves, though! And be careful not to let the package tip over while you are pouring the water.
They are clutch. I keep a "survival" bin or a bin that basically stays in the truck all the time. It has freeze dried meals, propane, etc. and I actually just tossed a few of these packets in there. Good to know you can pour water right into the packet as well. Sounds hot to handle though like you said!
I love how excited you get making your yummy MONEY dinner!! Like a little boy in a candy store!! Your amazing Hunter!! I can’t wait till you hit 100,000 subscribers!! And oh! You need a bigger plate!! 😂😂☃️
Thanks for the support Sandy! I notice my loyal subscribers and you’re one of them for sure! 100k is the goal for sure :) one video at a time! Cheers 🙏🏽
Hey bud, love this videos. I just put a deposit down on the SP and was wondering your thoughts on the back window. In your case the lack of a back window. I’m leaning that way purely for a blackout, convert camping option if needed. Thoughts are appreciated. Cheers and love the channel
@@jamenrhodes1424 awesome to hear man! I like no back window personally. My friend has a window on his back door and it’s almost more flimsy. One more spot for water to come in eventually also. I’d save the money from the window and install an always on mirror like the Wolfbox. I just did something similar and it’s awesome.
I’m looking at heaters and wondering if you would share your thoughts on the Propex propane heaters vs. the diesel heaters? Great video…glad i found it.
@@mikewood7294 I personally have never used a propane heater so can’t say. My only concern with propane and the tank being outside is it won’t fair well. I’ve had really good success and luck with the diesel heaters and have ran it down to -7°F. Not sure propane would be able to do that unless the tank was also inside the space being heated.
I loved this video. Thank you. What was the name of the river? You really can find the most beautiful spots to take us on. Your meal was yummy looking. Odie looked so cute in his snow pants. He’s a good dog. Beautiful scenery. Take care and see you soon.
This is the north fork of the flathead. Many people just say “north fork” though. And dinner was fantastic! Stoked how it turned out. Can’t ask for a much better companion than Odi. Thanks for the continuous support on the uploads as well 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Thanks Donna! Odi has a blast on these trips for sure…even if he maybe hates me initially for putting on his snow gear 😂🙌🏽

Enjoyed the video. Also loved getting a glimpse inside/the back. Bad ass set up
