EXID’s contract with their Korean agency has ended in 2019 and they did not renew it = more or less meaning they have disbanded but not officially declaring it. However, their contract with the Japanese agency still hasn’t ended meaning EXID still exists in the area/language this Japanese agency was in charge of. So they cannot use the name EXID and be active in Korea but they can in Japan.

All of them are currently working on solo activities and signed to different companies so the possibility of them getting back together soon is unlikely. They have stated though that they would like to promote together as a group sometime in the future.
