You should at least show us how to install these not one video has it.
When you download it you should see a folder called nativePCx64, open UMVC3's directory in steam and you should see another folder with the same name, replace that folder with the downloaded one and your good to go.

Not to my knowledge, but you can combine this with EMC's UMVC3EX mod that has a way better hsien ko and jill than base umvc3
Sir Scroobs Funny you mention Jill, because she and Hsien Ko were in my main team along with ghost rider
Hsien-Ko's dash has been modified to be faster. She now glides across the stage instead of teleporting. That about all i noticed with her so far. I didnt put too much time into her.
