We have to make some plans homie! I climbed Mount Elbert the other day, tried on skis but the wet snow stuck to my skis real bad. Hike that sucker in my ski boots the long way. Super easy "climb" but long and far. . . I'm ready for some steep rock. . . steep DRY rock, lol

Thank for that amazing drone footage. We’ll let you young guys do the climbing, but we still do the hiking. Happy I can still explore these canyons at 84 years old. I’ll let the drone do the high work. Great video!😀👍

stunning footage! we just hiked Chute Canyon last week... I mentioned hiking Chute Buttress to my friends and they had a good laugh at that idea. I see now it was definitely a crazy notion to hike it ;)

This one did get a little epic for me, I didn’t read the route description well and as you saw I did all kinds of crazy stuff to get up there before sundown. Using road trip Ryan and following the guide religiously may make it more doable. It was awesome that’s for sure, glad you could join me!

Per usual, awesome. I thought your clock was running tight when you finally got to the top and still had filming to do. Made it back in time though for another spectacular sunset, so you know what you are doing. Thanks for the ride… !

Always do try to finish up at sunset in the desert 🙂! Chute Buttress deserves its own vid, it is amazing. Thanks again Aamon 👍

Thank you my friend, that one was WILD. "Wholly Molly!" wild. I went the wrong way many times on that one with fading light, OMG! Underestimated it. . .

Awesome! I tried this back in the early 2000s and didn't find a good way out of the gully. I had my heart set on getting up there so I was bummed to turn around, but this video shows I did the right thing, it looks stunning but fairly terrifying. That 'holy shit, I don't think so' got me 😂. Man I have been there so many times. It is astonishing how straightforward a climb looks from far away, and then how complicated it gets when you're in it. I guess San Rafael Knob is more my speed.
