Nice score. Hey, throw a blanket over your stuff in the truck to prevent a major headache. Lots of people check vehicles in parking lots for valuables.
Lol Me and my better half collectively work at Lowe's for almost 18 years,we both left about 3-4 years ago and we are still stocked up lol My last deal I got before I left was my Weber Gen2 3 burner in that beautiful Copper Finish for 100$ All new Appliances 5 years ago for less then 2k paid 150 for the Range,500 for the fridge,175 for the dishwasher and 500for the Bravos xl set.If you know when and where to look its amazing what kinda deals you can get,I even have a Hitachi Angle Grinder for 5$ because why not lol

I keep seeing all these Lowe’s videos so I checked out my local Lowe’s and they didn’t have much marked down at all. I really hope they do something on the husqvarna weed eaters. I’m probably gonna pick one of those up regardless come spring time.
Wiha is a good brand if anyone is wondering, I use their drivers (allen and torx) in a machine shop. They last for a long time and don't round out easily.
Yeah, here in Raleigh our clearances arent so stellar. I just got back from store 2 ; in cary, NC. And one off top was that 2 in 1 heater, they were 22.50 at both stores. I bought one anyway as I may use it in the basement or put it in the attic for my future great grandchildren to throw away lol. But dud get sone decent smalls. All in all good trip. Great video. Thanks bud
the kobalt stuff is cheap made that i have. the 10 ft limbtrimmer motor burnt up and i got new one thru warranty[ after much time] my kobalt impact 24 volt doing pretty good so far. got kobalt pressure washer year ago for 30$, no good but the 40volt battery was 80$ regular price. can be used on other tools.
I haven’t seen this channel before, just came up on my feed. But I wanted to mention that I think it’s sad that Flex isn’t taking off. It’s Milwaukee Packout quality for Ridgid pricing. Ridgid isn’t bad but the locking system leaves something to be desired. What’s the deal with Craftsman and Kobalt and Metabo just giving tools away?! I’m in Makita and Milwaukee and it’s hard to find deals, even during sales events sometimes I’m hesitant. I mean shoot those are crazy deals for Metabo, for a couple hundred bucks you could have all the basics and a pile of batteries. Also, I live in Alaska. I promise 90% of those deals don’t reach the stores around me. So for example that 227 piece kit is 219 normally and “on sale” for 159 right now. That’s 20 bucks more than your normal price. If they were 35 bucks I’d buy the store out lol.
Oh I forgot. Also looking at the Ryobi18V ONE+ 6-Tool Combo Kit with 1/2 in. Drill/Driver, 1/4 in. Impact Driver, Reciprocating Saw, 5-1/2 in. Circular Saw, Multi-Tool, LED Light, (2) Batteries, Charger, and Bag. Kit is one sale for $199 at Home Depot too.
29:55 Employees will sometimes hide stuff like that so they can buy it themselves after payday. Customers will also do that for the same reason. When employees scan for the item, it shows they have it in stock, but they can't find it, until someone like you, digs deep to find their stash. It's a good thing you got back there to check. 30:21 Show your receipt from the other store to the manager to see if they'll price match. The worst they can say, is no.
went to lowes in my area, had the same mower blades marked down but all mixed up and in the wrong spot, never could find the ones on sale. everything else in the store was not clearanced enough to buy.
Nice score on the 227 piece. I've got my eye on a Ryobi Lawn mower Trimmer Kit for $728 at Home Depot. It's the 40V HP Brushless 21 in. Walk Behind Self-Propelled Lawn Mower & 40V Weed Whacker - Comes with (2) 40V 6AMP batteries for the mower and (1) 40V 4AMP battery for the whacker Plus (2) Rapid Chargers. I feel it's a pretty good deal. The 40V 6AMP batteries alone are $225 each bought separately. The 4AMP is $190. My current gas walk-behind Honda is on it's last legs. I'm done with gas powered walk behinds. I have a John Deer 24 HP rider for cutting my main lawn. I use the walk-behind for all the trim work. It's time to jump ship and go electric. The technology has really advanced the last few years.
Hopefully you find one they were the only ones that I've seen in all the stores that I've went to.... But try to walk up-and-down every Isle sometimes the stuff's hiding
A tip I can take no credit for. I heard it from someone else's youtube video. But when I was in Lowes the other day, it worked. If you get the lowes app...you can scan everything in the store yourself.
Hey Bert, Do you think that the Lowe's in Cincy has the same deals on the string trimmers as you have ? And string trimmer accessories as Hank Hill would say !! How about an Eagles vs Bengals Super Bowl ??
Up where I live here in southern Ontario. Those stores don't last long. Same with Rona. There was one and it closed down. Yeah up here we go to Canadian Tire or home hardware. That's where I go. Try to stay away from home Depot. There's just too much crap out there. If I need a tool I go to a specialty place that has them and I buy them there if they're a bit more so what?.👍👍🙂🇨🇦
Excellent! Are you scanning with your phone as you shop? I bought some Christmas things at Target and Walmart that scanned much lower than the prices marked. They told me there should have been one of those standup signs that said ‘up to 90% off’. Prices seem to depend on whether it was worth it to pack it away or just get it out the door.
Pretty sure that mechanic set was a glitch/mistake cuz I paid the same price for the much smaller mechanic tool kit but hey it even had the had the exact tool count so good for you!
The Kobalt stuff has some weird pricing. Some of the higher piece count tool kits are in fact cheaper or equally priced to lower count kits. Ive never closely compared them to see if maybe the materials or something else is different (cheaper quality). But its been that way for a while, since I picked a few of them up for school a couple years ago. And Ill add that the cheaper proced high count kits are pretty damn solid.
