Rainy Auction and it was bad outside - but You managed to scoop up a few Thing and Inside You got a Truck Load and a Half of Goodies - wow most of it went for only a few Dollars and You cleaned Up - some You will keep and others will go to the next Flea ! Bargain Bert at his Finest - we think You done VERY well indeed and as they say here in Australia : Good One Son !!!! Cheers from Us !!!!
Up here. All the auctions are online. The auctioneers make too much money doing it this way they're not having the on-site auctions anymore, which I always like going to. I don't do the online stuff but you picked up a good hoard there and it should be able to sell it at the flea market and make your money back. That's no problem. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦
He said hes gonna put a coil inside of it after he restores it in his kitchen and then pump hot water from the boiler into the coil....lol....Fred is as bad as me with the idea 💡
Those battery charges are great, the digital display will go out on them though. I learned my lesson on charging a battery inside, I had one explode covering stuff in acid. Is that fishing bag made out of a rubberized material? Lots of cool stuff. Thanks for the take along to the auction
If I lived up there and came by your tables at the flea market, I would offer you $40.00 on all the fishing supplies. I do fish, I recognized that Hula popper lure before you even said it, that's a top water bait. Are you planning on doing some retail arbitrage like last year? Hope so, enjoyed that content immensely. You have a good weekend Bert.😎👊🏻
Bunch of nice pick-ups for the flee and your personal stash. Indoor auction was cool to see, the outdoor not much fun in the rain. Ha. What's your break-even $$ point for selling?
The blue Indigo bikes are electric. This started here in Montreal as BIXI and is now in a lot of major cities around the world. But yes, all blue bikes are electric.
The bag with leather and rubber gloves ....are lineman's gloves for handling high voltage lines...they have a date on them for their safety effective life..
They make a reducer for the stove 4'to9' oval black stove pipe to 6' they are hard to find you won't find them at Lowe's or HD. I had to go to a little town next to mine and an old hardware store that had one in the back room it was his last one you have to do a little hunting to find them but they're out there the only other thing I thought about doing was making one out of a 8' piece of black stove pipe.
If he really gets it a pickle I could Weld him one together add some flat stock.... Thanks for the heads up though... I know there's a caspiece that's missing all for their that Changes it from oval to pipe that's what I was talking about
I thought about welding up a piece of pipe for my old pot belly stove but that's a lot of work for a $20 black pipe that was 5 mi down the road at the next village. At the old hardware store and it was the only one he had.
In one of your recent videos you were talking about cut off saws the miniature grinders. I have the three in Milwaukee miniature. didn't really know what I was going to use it for at first it's sat there in the box for about a year and then finally I had a little project where I needed a smaller tool. So I started using it and I found that it is just a handy as little grinder of them all it's like my go-to grinder now for small work. It is not the most powerful. Tool reviewers are saying the DeWalt is a better choice. I'm probably going to buy one of them when I find one of them on sale also. Didn't mean to make this so long but I was just putting it out there for you because you were talking about it there on your previous.
For real.... There was some good cordless stuff inside but it went for a way too much..... It was probably a toss up between the super scope and that stove.
Very nice buddy 👍 👌
Those old corded drills and others i pick up whenever and wherever I can. I like the old metal bodies 👍
look good me thanks

That auction scene is pretty wild. I don't even know if something like that exists around here, maybe it's like a fight Club or something.
It's definitely rowdy at times

Hi Bert Does your scrapyard require you to take the end the plug-ins off your cords your copper wire insulated copper wire
One yard does... for top dollar.... Save that yard is at 90 cents. The yard that doesn't care about the plugins is probably at seventy cents.
👍👍👍
