I think with the multi-tasker character, you don't necessarily need to go stick or bust. I think you're on to something with the percent damage increases to offset the negative. If you have a full set of 12 pistols (as a random example) it's as though you have 6 pistol that all shoot TWICE as fast. That's a free 100% attack speed bonus. So I think the idea (stickless) would be to stack damage and you can essentially just ignore attack speed entirely for a while. OH! And the engineering items as well. They don't inherit any damage bonuses or negatives from anything other than engineering stat, so I imagine that having a bunch of engineering weapons would be amazing as well with this character.
I was sad to see Brotato leave the first time (even though you'd rather thoroughly played it out.) I know eventually you'll have to move on, but I'm really looking forward to watching you unlock additional characters, ascensions, and items. Looks like a really fun grind as long as the economics keeps it viable!
if you have 12 weapons, 12*6 = 72% damage reduction, which puts your damage at 28%. if you then have like +50% damage, instead of being +50% it's gonna be +200%, from 28 to 78; so damage% is actually very very strong on this character
as you get near -100 % dmg the dmg debuffs becomes more important, you have to balance layers of dmg to be efficient. here flat dmg is bad cause stickl have plenty but % dmg is really the only thing you need to destroy everything
I know I’m back backseating, but I think the play was to get early % dmg to negate the -6% dmg for every stick. But you play the way you think is right I don’t even own the game .
Looking forward to the Ghost weapons build, and also to see if their stats is permanently (the +1% Attack Speed per 20 enemies of the Ghost Flint as an example)

I cannot do this run on challenge 5, it's absolute BS I don't know if sticks got nerfed or the enemies got buffed but I get to wave 15 and get wrecked so fast!
Since that guy is dealing -52% damage when he has 12 weapons, isn't his damage output roughly the same as a normal character with 6 weapons? Like this run probably would have been about the same if you just used the standard character and had 6 sticks. Basically the only real benefit the character offers is being able to have a few synergies running, there's no actual damage bonus to having 12 weapons instead of 6. I guess you are also knocking enemies back more since you're hitting with twice as many weapons too though.

Ethereal axes early would easily counter the Negative as well

I think this character might be built for the super high attack speed runs. Like smg’s with pierce/ricochet just doing 1 damage super fast.
Ghost flint and scale primarily flat damage with just enough % damage to counteract the penalty.
The free reroll was cause you bought out the whole shop
The free reroll appears to be a feature where rerolling is free if the shop is empty.
