Love love the washer and dryer stackable option! Not a huge shower but larger than most and smaller than some! Could make do! Food for thought. A senior would need a seat. Very helpful. Love the outside appearance. Inside very clean and neat! Very nice for people that does not cook.

Just to clarify terminology, "park model" trailers do not have black or grey tanks, they are direct plumbed. "Destination" trailers have holding tanks and are more like RV trailers in regards to how their plumbing is used.

Nothing wrong with your description - seeing "Park Model" aways registered with me. No one would logically pull that unit around like a camper.

Well, it's got the 'conventional' reefer, to start with, which means your cold food isn't cold while on the go (gotta be shore-corded to run), the RV does have tanks beneath it, but the standing height is TALL, by any standard, and unlike most travel trailers and fifth-wheels, that square front would be like trying to drag a Caterpillar D9 out of a mud pit...solid BRICK. On top of all that, it's a 40-ft TAG trailer! You'd have to be VERY careful how you loaded 'additional payload' into it, or your could EASILY get into a fishtail, out-of-control situation you couldn't recover from (unlike with a Fifth-wheel unit, that is pretty 'fool-proof' in cross winds and 'bad loading practices'). All of that together says 'get it where you're taking it, and park it - for long durations'...towing that beast daily, or even weekly would be TIRING on the driver!
@@skeetersaurus6249 yes, it would not hold up well if continually moved. That's why I have decided on a skoolie rather than a tiny home or a camper for full time travel and living

Hey Al, Just wanted to bring something to your attention. In the video you talk about the damage in the rear being just cosmetic but that's far from the truth. There is serious damage in the way for water to enter that unit and cause mold to start to grow in that rear wall. The plastic strips on the edge not only need to be replaced they need to seal where water can enter the wall. You can see in the video there is two big places that water can get behind that wall and that would be a shame, so you should be careful as you describe this trailer or trailers in the future that you see things like this or it makes you seem like you're being dishonest or don't know what you are talking about. I'd assume this unit has sold by now, and I hope you contact the owner to let them know that this needs to be taken care of ASAP. I had a travel trailer that had the same thing happen and it cost me thousands to repair the damage caused by rain getting into my trailer walls. You seem like a nice guy and did a nice job showing the trailer so I just wanted to share this with you. I know that it's different when your behind the camera trying to explain all the things about the trailer rather then being the one watching the video. It's a beautiful unit and would hate to see someone have to go through what I did !!! Well that's it for now, & I'd love to buy a trailer from you someday !!! 😊. Maybe
Sharon Troy I was just about to say the same thing, it's probably worth 18 but not much more. The damage needs to be repaired for sure before major water penetration ruins the trailer.
Sharon Troy - very true but at the same time it should be the responsibility of the buyer to get it a inspection just like you would when you are buying a regular house, and not just go and make a huge purchase based on a youtube video.

Very nice! But for a stationary home or should I say full-time living. I myself need a more spacious kitchen! Prep in room and Storage is most important. And for a senior the easy entry in the shower is a must! I've been in a shower where if you drop the soap you get stuck bending over to pick it up need more space where is most important. And. Less space sitting down watching TV.

I like this, could live in this full time. You know your product. No pricing though. I would watch more of these if you added that.

I love this unit, but I will never own another trailer or motor home that has carpet. A nice fake wood/heavy vinyl flooring would replace that carpet beautifully. It also wouldn't be very expensive to do. 👍

Thanks very much for the great tour! I really love this trailer... It's very spacious and has lots of storage. However, the counter space in the kitchen isn't adequate - surely you would need more prep space next to the cooker...

Sorry, camper is sold. If you do find a shipping company to deliver, shipping cost should be at its lowest because of cheap fuel prices now! Shipping companies will always adjust their charge per mile by fuel cost!

Put hay bales around the bottom in the winter (put hay bales in contractor strength trash bags to keep critters out) and it really helps keep things warm in north east winter's, trust me. Now, obviously, u wouldn't do this if your on the move.

Why would you put the TV set in the bedroom off to the side were you can't even see it? It's like they made a spot for a TV just so you could say there's a TV in the bedroom.

What is a park model for exactly? If you can’t move it around is it a regular trailer home? Or can you move it around occasionally, like couple times a year?
Mostly for folks that are not looking to be nomadic but has the ability to be moved if necessary
Most of park models do not have holding tanks for water or sewage which means they need be hooked to the sources

Yes Carol, trailer is sold.
That is a nice travel trailer but it is not a Park Model, A Park model is a 12 ft wide mobile home and has residential appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc. You won't see a foot flush toilet in a Park Model, they have residential toilets and shower/baths. People misuse the term "Park Model" WAY too much. As I said, this is a nice travel trailer but no Park Model. What is the main width, 8 ft? Maybe 10? Park models also do not have slides.

A "park unit"? Not a unit to take somewhere for the weekend. Meaning it should be left in a park? Assuming parks have water hook ups, sewer hook up then why would this unit have water tanks for fresh, grey and black water? I don't get it.
Edwin, trailer is not made for towing around every weekend to different campsites., more for long term setup. Mostly because of the sliding glass doors & residential refrigerator will not stay cold while in tow. Thanks, Brian

How come camper bathrooms mostly have very unattractive bathroom plumbing fixtures? What I’m talking about mainly are those horrible plastic knobs found on almost every shower and many sinks. They look like crystal knobs with the ends discolored by mold. Why would manufacturers do this? Do they expect their products to mold and just make it look like that from the get go? Why do almost every shower have plastic hoses and sprayers? Why don’t the manufacturers put in real spigots and shower sprayers?
