That's a lovely camper and surprisingly large. My parents had a truck camper in the 70s and it was nothing like this. No slide outs of course and not even a bathroom. They ended up selling it and buying a class c motorhome. The point was having something they could pull their boat with and not require 2 vehicles. They would be pleasantly surprised to see this. Very nice 👍
I got tired of dragging a travel trailer around. We wanted a slide in truck camper for years and finally traided for a new 2020 Lance 1172 with everything we wanted. We already had an 05 Dodge Ram 3500 dually with CTD and 6spd getrag paid for with only 60K miles. Now I'm happy, the Lance ain't cheap but I'm retired and plan on enjoying what time I have left.
Greetings from Thailand. This is the 1st time I've watched a video about a slide-in pickup truck camper that wasn't an Arctic Fox. I love that shower curtain. Nice review. Be well.👍😷😎
Boa tarde !!!! Suas Campers e suas Pickups são as melhores do Mundo. Sem dúvidas !!!! Muito obrigado pelo vídeo e parabéns pelo canal..... Abraço do Brasil.....
That is huge it’s supper nice but it must be hell driving with it. I can only imagine how tippy it must be. Lance units are hands down one of the best quality around.
That's a really nice camper. I like the dry bath and the range/oven. I also like the separate sofa and dinette. You could probably figure out a washer/dryer unit to be put somewhere. Besides hanging clothes on the nice shower curtain rod. So thanks for the video.
I loved it one thing you didn't show was the RV with all the slides in and what are things assessable then in the RV. That thing is very important for practical reasons !
Was thinking same. Yea, I need quick access sometimes and for a boondocking situation the slide outs aren't feasible especially if you want to be incognito.
This thing is massive !! I could live in this happily the rest of my days. Shit this would make a perfect place to live with a working couple. Ppl need to get out of these bricks and sticks and travel work a bit and travel more. Life is way to short to be living in one spot the rest of our lives. We get wiser as we age and see life what it really is, meant to live.
I'd love to see a mass wave of people ditching houses for these campers. That would teach these scumbag greedy landlords when all their houses are empty. Still, there would be some jerk making laws that you couldn't park anywhere but a "designated camping area" and start charging gross amounts to park there to make up for the rent losses.
It all sounds nice but at the poor house we live from pay check to pay check 9 to five working for a family. Maybe if I live to be 70 or so I can find the time to live in something like that . with my boat in toe with a string of Doctors to keep up it hard to see that kind of money. Maybe after they got all my families money they can live the good life.
I found this information shockingly let me state that again shockingly beautiful amazing wow!!! thanks for sharing the information . when I'm ready to make a purchase of such a vehicle this is what I will be on the lookout for.
Kay Sara Adams, thank you for the reply. You will notice in the small description below TH-cam video that camper is sold. Hope you enjoyed the video tutorial. Thanks, Brian:)
Awesome rich persons toy, for the price of the camper and truck that would buy you a good sized house in the majority of the U.S. if you can afford both you’re very lucky though.
This would be a nice full-time home I would need another TV but these are really nice and I've been wanting to do a Van build but I like how in a van u can park and go to sleep without getting out but this is nice luxury nice
Big thanks for showing each compartment (interior and exterior) because brochures, manufacturers' websites, etc. rarely open or show the drawers, doors and compartments. In something like a truck camper, each square inch is critical. I've been looking online at the Lance 1172, but couldn't find a good demonstration of the storage possibilities. I live in Ecuador, so it's not like I can simply visit an RV dealer!
I think you did a great job explaining everything. Its a very nice looking unit with tons of space but the thing I would have like to have seen is what it looks like with the sliders pulled in.
All the functions look great when it is working by means of electrity. How about in inclement weather like winter with snow when you lose power for heating and cooking? Still it a first time to see double slide out with this type of RV.
I really like there camper But your camera keep moving around so much I got a headache looking at it, but I did watch all the way through because it's very beautiful thank you for sharing
It sure is beautiful .But I do have to say .It was worth watching than reading the comments. Some of these comments are so bloody funny .Thanks for the laughs you guys I needed them .Funny hahahahahaha. 👍😂💞💞💞💞💞💞
Mirrors next to the bed? Groovy, baby. This camper is sick! I cannot see how a one-ton dually is more than barely sufficient, though. This would have to be best suited fit a 450, as this camper would top out GCWR numbers.
I love it. It drowns out exterior noise when you’re sleeping. He just turned it on to high so I’m sure once that camper reaches a comfortable temp and you turn it down to low, it’s not as loud.
Really nice truck camper, and video. The only thing is with that air on there could be no conversations or sleep. Sounds like the huge commercial ones. Was there a low fan speed?
The problem in most states is paying the RV park 15-40 dollars a night even without electric hookups. Then maintenance when things fail just like a house.
Great presentation but price is important, plus you didn't mention that back slide is slow but just unplug it and push it in. I have a 2006 with every possible option, 992, LOVE IT, no problems but these things are heavy. thanks for sharing.
Only problem with some slide outs is you can't use the interior space unless and until the slides are out ?! That wouldn't do for stealth camping or even sitting in any store parking lot .
I know that was meant to be a joke but there actually were class C campers based on Toyota pickup chassis years back, and they are highly prized today and pretty pricey if you can find one for sale since they don’t make them anymore.
You cannot travel inside of that, is that right? In argentina it is forbidden to passengers to travel in the house, you must be in the car cabin while moving.
Wow! That's the best truck camper I've ever seen, I had to do a doubletake because I thought i was seeing a 5th wheel RV!
Wow finally a smart person that begins inside and has a functioning camera because he lights up the interior. Nice.

9:25 the coolest bathroom curtain of all time. Love it!
Beautiful camper, 9/10 rating for anyone who want to buy or build a camper. This is exactly how it has to be.

Love how u show the inside first!!!
I could happily live in this full-time.
Me too
Me three
yea... until the 1st slide got hung up, stuck... then the 2nd had a motor burn out... & you are in the middle of nowhere... arghh !
Vazcular ditto
@@seminolerick6845 I'm think they can push it in manually.
Greetings from Thailand. This is the 1st time I've watched a video about a slide-in pickup truck camper that wasn't an Arctic Fox. I love that shower curtain. Nice review. Be well.👍😷😎
I like that this had a dry bathroom!
Thank you for giving a view of the layout before you go over the specifics..alot of people dont do that
This is definately my all time favorite slude in camper.

Cool video!
Next time, I’d like to see how it looks when it’s buttoned up for travel.
That is huge it’s supper nice but it must be hell driving with it. I can only imagine how tippy it must be. Lance units are hands down one of the best quality around.
Of all the things I liked about this, the bendable shower rod impressed me the most….
I have no doubt that this truck camper sold immediately. Lance is known to make quality RV's and campers.
I would love a camper like this!
Just need fifty grand, plus a $90,000 truck.
Nice! lots of room for a truck camper and really love the bathroom and shower
Very detailed and very well presented product review by this person.
Nice unit! I really like this as an idea for a full time retirement live in unit. Thanks for the review!
This is taking slide ins to some seriously next level shit . Basicly a class c with a removable living area . Actually a great idea .
That's a really nice camper. I like the dry bath and the range/oven. I also like the separate sofa and dinette. You could probably figure out a washer/dryer unit to be put somewhere. Besides hanging clothes on the nice shower curtain rod. So thanks for the video.
Till you remember a truck can't put 5000lbs of payload in the bed. Not to mention the black water tank would be full with one wash
@@shawnhenderson1130 Oh!

Very nice layout and comfy appearance! typical Coleman AC. Fridge is remarkably clean
You could live in this very comfortably and cheap. Just park in a friend's yard and you're set.
For the cost of a truck that can haul this and the camper itself you could buy a house with a lot more room.
@Honey Bee $75k? Probably not the best area, to say the least.
@Honey Bee and this camper is around $50k and the 350 is about $80k.
I love how he calls the thermometer a thermo-meter
I need to live in the camper first so I can save the money to afford the truck! Lol. Nice unit. Would be perfect for traveling.
That truly has it all ,absolutely beautiful 💕💕 the tour was outstanding !
Thank you so much!
Boy that is neat and an engineering wonder for space
that thing is friggen huuuuuuge
Yes sir & totally agree Devo!
Thats what she said.
That camper made that Ram truck look like a Dodge Dakota.

I was just looking at this thinking as soon as my kids move out the hubby & I need to sell the house, buy one of these & move away, often lol
I agree so much. But a lot of people are too stupid or lazy to do up keep with this.
Awesome. All I can say is Awesomeness
I love this camper it looks new.
Nicest work ,video, and illustration I've ever watched.thank you sir.
Thank you Dennis!

This, is one hell of a truck camper. Geesh.
That air conditioner sounds like a jet engine.
Reminds me of those big a/c units in hotel rooms back in the day. With that on you don't have to worry about outside noise.
I love it. It drowns out exterior noise when you’re sleeping. He just turned it on to high so I’m sure once that camper reaches a comfortable temp and you turn it down to low, it’s not as loud.
I put a mini split 12,000 btu, in my unit. No noise with serious cold. Fully thermostat controlled. 500.00 bucks
Cuanto cuesta ese beiculo

I would have never thought all that fits in the back of that truck!
This is my dream home
BEAUTIFUL TRAILER
it's not a trailer silly !
I love the fabric in bedroom
SOUND PROOF THE GEN. BOX !!

When you hear this guy say "Pretty Cool"... do a shot!
I love to see the 2018 model of this

Too cute for words. If I were filthy rich, I'd like to buy a ton of these for homeless people.

Fabulous layout, but why are full factory units always so brown ? and I can almost smell all the PVC from here!
That fridge is BIG! Love it!
All in the back of the truck!!! 😀💖
Its huge but I love it. .
Love this
Agree Sara!
Wasn’t aware BOEING made a/c units!!!
Boeing helped design the gmc rv's in the 70s

is it crazy i want to leave in this so i am not stuck with high rent
Jazzy Fresh it is not crazy. It’s smart
alot of us do!
I want to as well so nice just for me I could live in it
By the time you financed this and the truck you need to haul it, you're not saving much, if anything.
The problem in most states is paying the RV park 15-40 dollars a night even without electric hookups. Then maintenance when things fail just like a house.
How does this truck not do wheelies when you hit the gas?
Well thought out!
Pretty cool...thanks for the video.
I was waiting to see the automatic jack and I did not see it. But thanks for the video
Sorry Veasna pon, video would have been too long showing jacks:(
Looks like the camper ate the truck!
Super nice....
That's the perfect camper
Would love to travel the country in this and work online.
I'm waiting for the slide in that goes up to make a whole second level. Those table area beds aren't built for adults over 5'5".
Usually they are meant for kids.
Yeah, just add more and bust the axles on your 350
If you gave this video a thumbs up, thanks & looking forward to bringing more awesome video tutorials! Sincerely, Brian:)
You should tell how high it is in side for people to stand up.
Great presentation but price is important, plus you didn't mention that back slide is slow but just unplug it and push it in. I have a 2006 with every possible option, 992, LOVE IT, no problems but these things are heavy. thanks for sharing.
HelpSellMyRV.com where,s the shiter?
What did the unit sell for$
What'd you sell it for?
This just looks amazing. How do you drive with this?
Raymond Ray put it in (D) drive and go . Onward hoooooo
Only problem with some slide outs is you can't use the interior space unless and until the slides are out ?! That wouldn't do for stealth camping or even sitting in any store parking lot .
incredible !!!!!! its better than some apartments lol, whats the estimated price loaded ?
Sweet camper.
Am I correct in saying there isn’t a truck camper that you can walk around the bed on both sides ?
Love the skylight too.
THIS IS SWEET!
Very nice!!!!
I wanted to see that bed come out over the table!!!!
Beautiful!
My goodness that is huge
Love the shower curtain and the bench to sit on in the tub.
For me.. I always look for tub/shower room.
Plus wiggle room around the sides if the bed..
Gussy Gatlin .......are you blind?
I think she is blind guys!
This is sweeeeet!
So this won't fit on my 1974 4 cylinder Datsun pickup truck?
according to the dealer you should be fine. and everything is half ton towable
I know that was meant to be a joke but there actually were class C campers based on Toyota pickup chassis years back, and they are highly prized today and pretty pricey if you can find one for sale since they don’t make them anymore.

De acuerdo, Lo sentimos camper no está a la venta.

mucho grande for such a small truck. Fabuloso!!!
That is beautiful but it looks crazy on the truck. Looks like the front wheels will come off the ground. LOL
Put it on a Toyota the wheels will come off the ground
Is it pretty cool?
Damn that nice!
