Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorant. Without realising one's own level of ignorant, one will never be able to learn anything regardless of how truly it is. This one quote encompasses all the rest.

I think the meaning of this quote is that once you’re aware that your time is limited and you will only get so many chances to do the things you’ve always wanted to do or become the kind of person that you’ve always wanted to become. Everything will change for you because you'll start to take more risks and do things you always wanted to do.

Maybe it's about awakening, aligning with the human Dharma. From this awareness, real life begins. I don't think it's something that fosters such an urgency to "live it all quickly"... this only fosters anxiety.😵💫
Although you only have the one life, it can change so much as to be regarded as another life. You're still in the same body, but the person that you are is different than the person you used to be.
