I take exception to your analysis of the schools in SD, SD is way below national averages in spending on education, And the argument that $$ are not needed to insure high quality education, doesn't fly in my book. Hot Springs has low house prices due to expected closure of Veteran Hospital. BUT low crime and mild weather (compared to Minnesota) are factual.
I agree that Brookings is #1!!!
Yankton. ❤

Two corrections: from Vermillion you go EAST to I-29, Madison has no commercial air service.
SD is good for 5 summers and 4 winters really tough to face that 5th l o n g winter
I was very excited while watching your video! UNTIL I went to Zillow and checked on prices in several of the places you boasted about. Not affordable
His numbers are way off.
What about Watertown?
Where did you get these house prices from? You aren’t even close.
Your median home prices are way off.
Hot springs or peirre
It’s pronounced pier, like long walk off a short pier. Pierre may be a person’s name, but it’s not how the capital’s name is pronounced…
It in not peeair but peir as us locals say it
Blazing hot and humid in summer, freezing cold in winter 👎
How hot is blazing hot? I'm from Arizona. We have summer days with heat over 110 and some days it gets into the 120s.
@@andreaowens2741 It can hit that, but mid high 90's are more common. Add humidity to that.
Weeks on end of 100° heat w 100% humidity. Plan on staying inside where just about everyplace is air conditioned…
Learn how to say Pierre
Hate these Ai generated voice overs
Hot springs is on an Indian reservation. This video is a joke.
